I will NEVER shop here. I ordered something on-line and not only did I NOT receive it, but no one bothered to let me know they cancelled the order. I had to place TWO calls. On the first call, they told me that my order would be shipped out. On the second call, I was finally told that they were out of stock and that the order had gotten cancelled. THIS WAS TWO MONTHS LATER, AND I HAD TO TELL THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY. I was incredibly upset by this. Do they not believe in customer satisfaction??? A reputable company would have offered me a gift card or SOMETHING, especially since they COMPLETELY dropped the ball on this order. I was offered nothing.

Im not a huge craft person, so read this review with that in mind. I found this place to be pretty impressive. My wife really enjoys crafts to some extent, and generally finds everything she needs here. We have also found a number of great decorations for our home. I dont really like their antiquated way of checking you out (nothing electronic, which causes issues if there arent prices on things), but the employees are usually friendly, which makes the extra time youre there pleasant.

Excellent selection of craft supplies and decorative items AND furniture!!! Gorgeous dressers, end tables, bookcases and more, and usually on sale up to 60% off. I get all my supplies for crafts, DIY, decorating, and gift wrapping etc, at Hobby Lobby... I live in Oxnard, and its nice to NOT have to drive all the way to Ventura for supplies!

Can be a bit pricey, but good sales and coupons and they have TONS of selection. Most projects I work on, if I cant get locally, I can find it here. Which is great when I find have time to wait for an online order for a specialty product
