I frequented this store this summer and had a positive experience with great customer service, despite the fact that I had heard the owner was very rude (I had never been helped by the owner though). Fast forward to last week - I will NEVER ever shop here again - the owner was so insanely rude I could not believe it - I almost felt like I was on a hidden camera show! I asked about a sterling silver item they did not have and she rolled her eyes and told me that NO ONE buys silver anymore bc it is so expensive. I asked if she knew where I could obtain that product and she again rolled her eyes and asked "Now why would I know what other stores sell??" I then asked about the chains hanging behind the counter, asking if they were copper and she said they are base metal - then she paused and said "and copper IS a base metal" and yet again rolled her eyes. I was in disbelief. I have never seen customer service like that in my life and she lost her store a lot of business as I have told all bead enthusiast that I know about my experience. No one seemed surprised though, apparently this is how she treats all customers.

This bead store has a great selection of beads at very reasonable prices! The owner is very helpful and answers any questions or concerns. I was curious about making something with leather and instead of just telling me what to do, she showed me exactly how to make it with no hesitation. This store is great because the owner actually makes jewelry so she understands what people like and what is in style at that time. If you love making jewelry or are just a beginner this is the place to go to... you will be very pleased with what they have to offer!

I love Beads Beads Beads,owner is Fantastic, selection is GREAT! far better then most bead stores I have been in. The selection of handmade glass beads are amazing. Owner and employee are very helpful knowledgeable and work with me when I come in to make sure I have everything I need. Great location, its well lit store, the other bead stores are dark and you have to dig around for what your looking for here everything is petty much out for you to run your fingers through... you cannot beat this bead store

I am a knitter and was interested in what kind of beads could be used in my lace shawl knitting projects. I found the owner Heather, to be so very helpful. I brought my Yarn and showed Heather the size of yarn I had to work with and the colors. And I left the store with beautiful beads and much needed knowledge to better plan my knitted shawl projects. This is a store that I know I will come back to many times. Thanks.

Michelle is the best! The store has an awesome selection of beads of all types. Michelle is always, always ready and willing to lend a hand with a troublesome creation. The prices are incredibly reasonable given the selection and Michelles willingness to offer advice, even hands-on help. Beads Beads Beads is my go-to bead shop in all the San Luis Obispo County area.
