Went to Jo-Anns a couple of weeks ago and was met with the nicest clerk. She was able to help me choose the right items for my needs, help another customer simultaneously, while being paged to help check at the front counter. And all during the Christmas season! A very good experience and I will be returning to the store soon.

overall I had a ok expierience the staff at the cutting counter helped me find what i needed but as i was checking out an employee named alice or alex was being rude and yelling at the gentleman that was checking me out and i found it very rude and unprofessional.

I was looking for a certain fabric, could not find it anywhere in Stanislaus County. I did a survey and the area Manager emailed me. After a couple emails, he found exactly what I was looking for. I will not shop anywhere else. GREAT SERVICE!

An okay selection of fabric and other assorted crafts. Their staff seem to be a collection of people who either really enjoy crafting or hate it at any of the ten stores I have been to throughout California, northern and southern.
