DAYDREAMMER

The staff is incredibly rude. They act as if they are being held prisoner and it is your fault. Ive been to this location twice and both times I left less excited about the project I was working on, as a result of the way I was treated. They just stare at you like you dont belong. When I greeted the two ladies they didnt even respond. The lines were long but, that would not have been so bad if it were not for the diplorable attitudes employed here. My experience with Jo-Anns was disappointing and unacceptable.

A Private User

The fabric I bought was cut 1yard shorter. I had to return it and ask for the same fabric and the right size. This is just one hour after I bought the original product. I had to waste my time and money to go and get it again...But they were not even apologizing. (first such experience in any store in the U.S..disappointing customer service). They dont pay attention when they cut the fabric and so, we have to waste our time.. Its very disappointing.

Good selection of fabric. Reasonable prices when on sale/ with coupon. Store was organized and clean, and employees were helpful and friendly. However, the usual technology problems occurred and it made our time in line way longer than it should have been. The long Waits honestly make me rethink shopping here sometimes. Its nothing that the staff are doing wrong, just their computers and system are very slow.

This is a nice place for fabric and craft supplies. The thing I dont like is that their coupons dont work with all the items. Many times I have gone to get something and the staff have told me ... sorry the coupon does not work with the item you are trying to buy! Thats why I prefer Hobby Lobby or Michaels!!!

There arent a lot of good fabric stores in the area. Joanns is probably the largest selection in the area. When youre almost ready to get your fabric cut, just be sure to grab a ticket if they are busy so you save your place in line.

Nice variety of fabric & great friendly customer service. Prices were what attracted me most. They have great sales, so sign up for their coupons online before you buy anything!!!

This place has by far the worst customer service ever. The people picking up the lines to assist customers are rude and useless. Go someplace else or waste your time like I did.
