A very Fine Store located in the old Furniture Store building by the former Circuit City on Arden Way across from the Cal Expo Harness Racing Gate D. Great SELECTION of Plastic Model Kits and Trains ,Slot cars,and everything else related to Crafts n Hobbies. But Be Aware that the CEO/ Founder has made a Heartwrenching Decision to Close Almost All the Stores due to the Government Forced Abortion/ Contraception Enforcement. As a Avid Model Kits /Model Railroader Enthusiast I am saddened by this and Hope it doesnt happen. Best Store around and Great Discounts weekly!! As of Now, December 29th 2016 the above rumor bout Closing of Hobby Lobby mustve been a Vicious Rumor!! Yippee Yi Ki Yeah!!

My review is baised on the specific store and not the company as a whole. Im sorry but by giving this place low stars because of other reasons is not fair to the people who work here. I always get good customer service here, at check out and on the floor. Never have I once felt like their tasks were more important than helping me. They have a lot of items on sale every week and there is a mobile app with coupons that I use every time I go. The store is well stocked and very clean. I would say the only con I get is that I get so overwhelmed by the volume of the store that I cant remember what I came for, but I would blame that on my ADD.

Great selection, frequent sales on decor. Their fabrics are a little pricy, but good quality. The patterns are more expensive than some other places, but better organized and not unreasonable. There are seasonaly selections available virtually all year round. The employees are fair and seem to know what they are doing. This place is pet friendly and family-oriented a good store to support. The only place better for avid quilters and costume makers would be Joanns but since pricing is similar and Hobby Lobby is more well-organized, its an excellent first stop before you need to hunt for specialty fabrics or tools.

Good merchandise selection. Alot of maked down prices. Hobby Lobby has sales that may not apply to the coupons they advertise, so make sure to read the fine print before becoming desapointed at the check-out. The personnel is a little uptight some times friendly sometimes a little unfriendly. I wish the store manager would train his employees to better their service skills. Ive been there about 5 times.

The great array of home decor, crafts, seasonal decor and so on make this store a great addition to the Sac area. The staff is quick & courteous as they follow through to help. Id like to see them open later until 10 pm or 11 pm rather than 8 pm. The selection of fabric is greater at JoAnns store further up on Arden Way.

It was my first time being here about a week ago. I found a 40% off coupon online and I was searching for a certain pumpkin mug. Had to have it once I found that coupon. This place is huge too! Didnt get to look at everything since I was going in for one thing. Cant wait to come back and browse more!

Hobby lobby is an great alternative to Michaels. They carry an more in depth range of crafts, which hooked me in from my first experience shopping with them. And for you tech savvy folks. Dont forget to download the 40% coupon which will be taken off any purchase. Awesome environment, A+ store

This place is great. They have a great assortment of things for our garage and Arden and your home in general at awesome prices. The usually have a sale of some sort going on too! Would be five stars if I didnt have to hunt down an employee if in need of help. Feels understaffed sometimes.

Huge store, huge selection. Lots of religious stuff which was weird for a craft store, but whatever. They had everything I needed for making Christmas presents, but I had a tough time finding someone to get spray paint out for me. Its a huge store but there didnt seem to be many employees.

Love H L, It has so much to offer, but large stores, have no option for disabled or older seniors, which ir still very interested in Hobbies, and are regular shoppers. An ocassional place to rest, so we can continue our shopping. Coming from Solano county.

I loved this place as far as the variety of artistics and crafts as well as home decorations. Prices were good in the arts area but some of the home decorations were a bit pricey. However today some of the home decorations were 50 percent off which helped.

Cant breath, too much fragrance, makes your lungs hurt. Im a full time artist with work in the White House collection and buy lots of art materials. Prices high at Hobby Lobby and the owner is a freak, dont want to give him any money.

The employees were extremely helpful in finding what I wanted. The place is huge and it would have taken me an hour to find it on my own. They stopped what they were doing and took me right to where I needed to go.

Almost like a Michaels but bigger store and more of a selection. I love arts and crafts so I can spend hours and a ton of money here. Staff is decent and its usually not crowded.

Prices can be a little high but for the most part the employees are very helpful. Clean and well organized. You can save a bunch with sale prices and coupons!
