As a whole the store is terrible. The management arent fit to run their own lives yet alone a business, the only bright side to my experience at this store was the framing department. Suzanne was the most professional person in the store she not only created an amazing custom frame for me but knew the store and products better than anyone in the store. I will definitely return for custom framing but that is it! If I could rate custom framing alone it would be a solid 5 stars.

If youre a crafty person or budding hobbyist, this is the place for you. It can be a bit difficult to navigate if you are a noob, but the staff here is friendly, and they will help you find what youre looking for. If you are getting into the depths of your hobby, you would likely benefit more from a specialty shop than something like the broad offerings they have here.

The summer "Passport to Fun" crafts program was great! My kids enjoyed every event we attended. The staff were very good at working with all the kids, and helped each child with any problems assembling the days project. I hope Michaels will continue this next summer.

the lines are rediculous. they will have 8 people working the floor re stocking the already stocked shelves, employees are not educated in the field and only one person on register. its very frustrating to shop at every michaels from marina salinas seaside everywhere

Love my Michaels. Always has what I am looking for and much much more. I come away with projects that they make look so easy. I just wish they would have more cashiers available. There always seems to be a long line.
