I had just gotten off of work and off of my commuter van pool and decided to stop at Michaels to take a look around and get some ideas for my wedding in November. As I am looking around I hear over the loud speaker "security cameras 1 and 2!" I did not pay it any attention at the time and suddenly a man comes to the aisle that Im in as if he is a shopper like myself (still not paying it any attention). As I am walking out a few minutes later he is behind me, but does not leave the store. I hop in my truck and as I am am backing out of the parking space I see him looking my way and he went back into the store. I was very upset, because they thought I was stealing. I in no way gave anyone a reason to think i was stealing. I was being racially profiled and I know it. I could not get the whole ordeal out of my mind all night, so I decided to write this review, because it makes me sick to my stomach.

Havent been here in years. The only place in town for the serious crafter/creator. The layout is the same, but I was surprised to find that the level of customer service has increased greatly. I requested assistance twice, from two different people for two separate projects, and was rewarded with prompt and friendly help.

I absolutely love this place for all my crafting needs. The employees are all extremely nice and helpful. I was able to bring my dog in as I was shopping, and they were very welcoming. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable there.

I like this place because they have a lot of products to consider while shopping. My creative imagination goes wild walking through the isles. Some of their products however can be a little pricey so look for those deals.

Went there when it opened and 1/2 of their food was not ready or it was cold. Why would you open if youre not ready and why is the food cold. Hmmmm.....that was the last time.
