Living in this area for many years I have seen many craft/hobby stores come and go. If Hobby Lobby doesnt do something soon about their customer service they will be on the way out. I have only been in this store a few times, each has been a miserable experience. One visit I was looking for a Masonite board and two out of the two associates I asked didnt have any idea what this was. Each of my three/fourth visit was spent in a 20-40min line. The associates are very friendly and willing to help. I would gladly trade this for smaller lines and associates that know their products.

I cannot go into Hobby Lobby without wanting to buy so many things. They always have new items and most everything in their store goes on sale at 50% off many times throughout the year. This is my favorite craft and home décor store by far. I lived in Colorado where I was first introduced to Hobby Lobby and was hoping we would get one ...so I was thrilled when this one opened up. When Michaels moved from McHenry Ave. to out past the mall I was so disappointed as that was a long trip for me. Am so glad to have this mega-store so close.

I actually love hobby lobby but they need to figure something out with the lines. I swear you stand there 30-40 minutes sometimes. Secondly, I found something online I wanted drove to store and they wont price match THEIR OWN WEBSITE prices. Quite ridiculous. So I called a competitor to see if theyd price match and they did it without question. I will still shop there but the customer service needs some help!

I come here regularly. I love the friendliness of the staff, the variety of fabric is extensive ( and even more online), and the best part to me is that this store allowed me to bring my dog, who has separation anxiety. My only concern are their lines! The line for the register will always be long, no matter what time of the day, guaranteed.

First time there this morning. It was a bit overwhelming at first but there are plenty of workers available that helped point me in the right direction. Their variety is outstanding. The prices are a little above what Id like but if you want everything you could possibly need in one place then Hobby Lobby is the place for you.

Hobby Lobby has the most beautiful home decor, crafts, party supplies, fabric, and floral! New sales every week. 50% off on so many different things! Its absolutely wonderful! It would be nice to have scanners so the lines go down quicker, but overall this store is worth the wait.. There is just so much to see. I love it!

Great for what it is: ready-made on-trend decorating. Hobby lobby does the creative part for you, which can be convenient. Only buy from them when its on sale, if its not now it will be soon!! I just wish stores like this would instead offer that low price all the time instead of using sales as a marketing strategy.

The crew that works here is pretty nice! I wish they would open a few more registers, though. It seems like every time we go, theres a pretty good sized line. I love all the old fashioned candies at the register. They have a decent selection of dude friendly stuff like models and man-cave artwork.

Definitely worth going too they have so much decorations, crafts, yarn, party stuff, alott of nice room decor. I can spend hours there, its perfect for scrapbooking crocheting for when your moving they have so much to offer for good prices. mostly everything is always 50% off. :)

I love the choices of decor and the prices here. It has become one of my favorite places to buy things to decorate my apartment with. The people are nice when you do run into one and the help you find what youre looking for. Two thumbs up for this store!
