This store is big, crammed full of just about anything i can ask for. I often get very side tracked when here because Im always finding "one more thing" I have to have. I seriously need blinders when walking these isles because I end up spending a lot more money then I intend, I highly suggest making a list before entering and sticking to it. Great selections all around, not just fabrics, good to note that if you dont see the exact fabric you want they can order it. Also there are always surprise jems to find on the sales racks if you are willing to dig for it. Their inventory is constantly being updated so you will find something new just about every week. In reading the other reviews, yes I do agree that the lines get long and its sometimes hard to find someone available to ask for help (the only reason Im not granting 5 stars). You can avoid the lines by not going on the weekends, their absolute busiest time, or try to go first thing in the morning if you can its much better in the morning hours. The coupon app is an absolute MUST, it will save you a lot of money. They have 40% off coupons on a regular basis, and if you time it right when they release the next months discount before the previous one expires you can use both of them. There are lots of good places to eat nearby so I like to make a day of it when I visit, if you are like me you will have worked up an appetite by the time youre done adventuring through this great store.

Of course the sell all the great stuff any Jo-anns does. Same prices that are only worth it if you have the coupons. The problem I have with this store is that it is severely undermanned. I have been back to the Jo-anns at least a dozen times and there has yet to be a time where I wasnt the 10th to 15th person waiting in line to get fabric cut, just to turn around and wait 10-30 minutes in line to cash out. The workers that are there are super nice and a couple of them are even helpful with sewing questions but they need about ten more people working there.

Joann s is slowly turning into a Michaels. Its so disappointing that years ago they took over all the independent fabric stores and now only offer a small selection of garment fabrics. if I want to make something special it generally requires a trip to Britex in San Francisco. Although I will give Hi Fashion Fabric down on Franklin Blvd. 5 stars for a pretty darn good selection of garment fabrics. Crafty folks dont bother though... they are a real fabric store. I wish Joann would have it least one real fabric store in our area.

The lines are always long. I am here today. One lady is working at the cutting tabs, and there are ten more numbers ahead of me. There is no one in the store to ask questions. I felt like I had to take a number, just to ask a question. Of course, after I am done at the cutting table, I will have to wait in another line to pay. Joanne probably realizes they have a monopoly, because there are no other fabric stores around, therefore they can afford horrible customer service. Should have gone to wallmart.

I went there to pick up two items. I walked around twenty minutes looking for help. I finally went to the front customer service to ask for help and was told there was no other employees who could help me. One women at the register overheard me and said she didnt think you carried the item. I continued to search for my second item, but was so put off by your stores customer service skills, I went two doors down to Tuesday Morning.

The best run Jo-Ann in the area with the best selection. However, frequent understaffing often results in VERY long wait times at the cash register and often at the cut counter as well. Employees are always super sweet and friendly despite the clear the stressers of having to do so much, so kudos to them for always smiling.

The gal at the fabric counter was nice enough to tell me to download the Jo-Ann Android app right then and there to get access to a coupon worth 50% off my purchase that day! Didnt need to print anything, just showed the code on my phone to the register and got half off! Great customer service!

Wait wait wait. I spend more time in line than I do shopping for my crafts. 14 people in line and two cashiers. And two managers were chatting in the office. Avoid this place if you dont anticipate on standing in line for 10-15 minutes. Really?!

Cheap place, overrun, nothing priced, all the scanners down store wide, then waited 35mins to checkout, then on the way to car realized something rangup 15$ over signed price, manager told us to get back in the 30 minute line. NOT GOOD SERVICE.

This store has a lot of selection of everything craft and fabric based. The isles are chaotic and hard to navigate. Its always extremely crowded. So be prepared to wait a lot. Theres no running in to grab something.
