I really like the variety of craft options available here. Just about any craft has an area. Plus they have snacks and drinks! Their prices are reasonable, and their sales are superior! If youre on one of their many lists (text, email, snail mail, or just access their website) you get even more savings via coupons. Their bathrooms and store is always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I enjoy going here every time.

Help and friendly people are lacking. I have been there a handful of time and there has never been someone to ask me if I need help. The last time I was there, I was looking for a mason jar. Walking up and down isles, nothing in my hands, passing employees... got nothing. I did over hear an employee talking down to a customer, telling her she was wrong. Whatever they were speaking of, he was doing it in the wrong tone.

The selection is fantastic and the coupons are always worth it, but the customer service and clarity of prices left a lot to be desired. I had to ask several employees for assistance and could never get a clear answer. The prices on the fabrics were not correct in many places and some signs had highlighter on it--I wasnt sure if this meant they had it or did not, and neither did the employee.
