Cleanest Michaels in Sacramento by far. Organized and I always can find help when trying to find something. This wasnt always the case but a couple of years ago they changed management or something because the change in cleanliness and organization was dramatic.

Do not expect any semblance of customer service at this store. The employees including management are the most unhelpful people I have encountered and this is not just a one time occurrence. Im giving up the hope it will change and will go anywhere else.

Great customer service in the frame department. They make sure you get what you ordered done right. And the front checkout cashiers are always pretty helpful. Great selection of craft items there too & a clean tidy store.

Not as helpful as the Michaels on Watt/El Camino. Experience is very different. Been to both several times. Even though I live closer to this one, I prefer going to the one on Watt/El Camino.

Who doesnt love Michaels? The location is iffy but the store itself is very nice. The helpful staff are always friendly and offer a coupon in case you forgot yours.

Great staff and management. My fiance loves Michaels but the bargains always seem fake. 80% off something thats wildly overpriced isnt a real deal.
