This is my go to place for crafts! I only wish there was more assistance on the floor. Every time I go I can never seem to find anyone to help me. And when I do find them their demeanor isnt inviting enough to ask for help. Either way one of my fav stores

Nice staff. Lots of great craft supplies! They always have what I need. Sign up for their weekly emails!! Its a little pricy, but they always have great coupons in there weekly emails.

The newer layout of the store is easier to navigate than previous. Its nice to see the easily stolen items are closer to the front of the store. The store seems cleaner as well

Some of the employees are rude. They have no way to reorder products. And they seem to lose a lot of product to theft and dont seem to care.

Service is great, coupons can be annoying with all the restrictions. Temperature fluctuates in the store with it usually in the hot side.
