Asked for a fabric sample and was offered a 1x1 inch square that didnt show that particular pattern at all. I was confused because it used to be a strip because the next person who buys from that bolt is going to want a straight edge and that strip is going to be trashed anyway. Rude customer service and when asking where I might find a metal stamping set, the ones to make jewelry, keys etc. personalized, the employee rudely commented "have you looked in jewelry" yes obviously but was wondering if you could show me exactly where it would be. I no there is different areas for certain tools etc. Overall rude customer service throughout my visit. Sad to say I wont be back.

Rude people at this location! Love this store, has great things for every occassion. A little pricey but has sales all the time. The last couple months I came here there were certain employees who were just plain rude to me because I always come late leave when they close. They are in such a rush to leave that they make rude comments and give dirty looks to one another. Today, they closed the store early and all I wanted to do was a return after spending 600 $ in the last 4 days there! They do not appreciate their Customers and I do not feel welcome there! If u have a job and a child and dont have time to come early do not go to this site at night!

I went there for some thread for some fabric I had. I needed help finding a shade to go with it and the store worker said white before moving on the the next person. Do they not realize there are so many different shades of white? It would be as if I came in with emerald fabric and they said green. Green does not help. I then asked what kind of needle to use with the fabric and was told heavy duty. I thought she was going to show me where it was, this was my first time at the location, but instead she chatted with her coworker and they walked off and headed into the break room. I had to ask another worker just for help. Never again.

Horrible customer service at this location. I had 1 fabric to get measured and cut, clearly stating how much I needed. Employee proceeds to cut it 1/2 yard short and when I reminded her of the measurement I asked for just played dumb. I was told there wasnt enough left on the bolt to cut the actual measurement I needed and it was basically my problem. I left with no fabric, mad! Come on! Measuring and cutting is your job and you cant complete that simple task? I wont be returning to this location ever. . .

This is a great craft store! They have most crafty supplies. Sign up for the email alerts and get valuable coupons over and above their standard coupons. I bought a Wilton specialty baking pan for 85% off regular price because they stacked my coupons! LOVE IT!

Kind of expensive for while of the items. Not really the best organization skills it seems for a fabric and sewing. Things are hard to find here. The people working here are really not the friendliest and most helpful for finding things

I always find a deal on great fabric! They are always helpful, and get you the fabric you want! For example I bought this lace fabric in a seafoam color, and they were able to help me find it in pink and white to make other dresses!

I hate shopping here as the employees are horribly rude and move very slowly. Even when they can see its very busy and many people are waiting in line to get fabric cut they dont seem fazed. I only go here as a last resort.

Not too many people working, but you can always get someone to help you from the counter, they dont come bother you while shopping. Pretty good selection of fabric, though half the store is given over to other handicrafts.

The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Maybe they just take pity on a middle aged guy looking lost while looking for sewing supplies. They are my go to store for my sewing projects.

Shelves were poorly stocked. Bolts of wool fabric were stuffed within the bolts of denim fabric for example. When you could find a clerk they could answer your question but they were hard to find.

Decent supply of craft items and fabric. I wish they had more options in each category but then again they wouldnt have the variety of categories if they did that. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff is pretty friendly and knowledgeable wish they had more things like bigger selection of bra and bag supplies. Their coupons are the only way the prices for most things are reasonable.

Jo-Anns generally has everything you need, which youll already know if you go to fabric stores. One thing you MUST do is sign up for coupons because it really gets pricey otherwise.

This is my go too place after the big top! They have smell good pads that you can put any where or hang someplace... for cheap! Love the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
