The items they carry are great. I always find what I need. My major complaint is lines. I try to be objective. Ive gone dozens of times at different parts of the day and its always the same issue. (Ive been tempted to go to Micheals, but they have the same problem). I believe this can be changed or at the very least you can placate customers. Please tell your associates to page over the speaker phone if there are more then three people in line. This way customers feel as if things are being done to get them out the door faster. I am willing to change my rating if I see changes. Thank you.

In general I do not like going to any JoAnn store. The people who work there seem cranky all of the time. When I ask for help it seems like I am bothering them. The coupons and sales have always been misleading. I avoid this store whenever possible. If JoAnn could teach the people who work there to smile, at least pretend to enjoy their jobs and not mind being helpful I would likely change my opinion.

Jo-Ann is a large store and the carry a wide variety of craft supplies and fabrics. We recently went here to pick up supplies for my son to make a leprechaun trap for school. They had everything we needed and it was nice to get it all at the same place.
