In sac. Store for the first time and purchased a bag of line snaps, 10 ct. When I got home I discovered that the bag was missing all 10 of the male snaps. I called and spoke with Donna to inform them of the situation, when I told her I lived approximately an hour away she said she would send me a new bag. I received the complete bag,sent priority mail the following day. What GREAT excellent service!!! Especially in a day when nobody seems to care about the customer. Well Donna at Tandy Leather does care and thats important to me. Thanks for great customer service. Youve gain another happy customer.
