Recently, I proposed to my fiancée. Leonardo’s was recommended to me by a few members of my family. I visited the Red Bank store and consulted with Michael Zeik. I shared my budget and criteria needed for the engagement ring (emerald cut, clean diamond, platinum band, tapering side diamonds). As we went over the various options, Michael and the rest of the team began to visualize the final ring. I knew the ring would be custom, so he helped sketch it up based on my ideas. A few center diamonds were ordered and reviewed with me shortly after. Michael and I extensively discussed the uniqueness of each diamond until we decided on the perfect one. About a week or so later, the ring was ready and more beautiful than I had imagined. Through the entire transaction, everyone at Leonardo’s was professional, welcoming and very knowledgeable about their product. I have recommended Leonardo’s to countless people since I trust that they will be treated in a professional manner and receive a fair price. It’s important to remember that price is irrelevant if you don’t establish a relationship based on trust with your jeweler. Thanks to Michael, Leo and the rest of the team! By the way, she said “yes”...that’s much better than the “maybe” I was expecting!

I cant more emphatically express how happy I am with every aspect of this jeweler. From the team to the products, my expectation was excellence and they exceeded that whether I came in for a luxury brand watch repair or purchase of meaningful jewelry. Im grateful to have a NYC-class jeweler nearby. I dislike long reviews however in this case, I believe its worth it: They run a world class operation with the intimacy and flexibility of a small / local trusted business. The team mirrors the service level of some of the finest stores (jewelry, leather goods, etc) in the world. I have referred at least 4 friends. When they cant service my timepiece to the highest standard, they have the relationships and certifications to work with the manufacturers - which speaks to Leonardos level of all-around long-term level of quality and reputation. Any negative review about this place falls into the category of "go judge for yourself. Just as in our own lives, its impossible to make 100% of the people 100% happy 100% of the time. Its clear, however, that is what the Leonardo team strives for.

I normally do not write reviews, but I would be remiss if I did not write about my outstanding experience with Leonardo Jewelers. I have purchased watches from multiple vendors in the past, but none of these vendors have provided the same level of care, enthusiasm and customer service as Leonardo Jewelers. Leonardos is a family business and they strive to exceed expectations. I recently emailed Michael about a watch at the Red Bank store. Michael immediately responded to my email and was able to ship the watch to the Elizabeth location the same week. I closed the sale with John and he was very informative about the watch and went above and beyond to accommodate some of my other requests/questions. The pricing was very competitive and probably one of the better deals that I’ve seen on a watch at an authorized dealer. Everyone at the store was amazing and I will certainly think of Leonardos again in the future.

My boyfriend and I are in our 20s and live locally. We were going to look at rings for the first time and chose this shop based on Google reviews. The woman behind the counter was knowledgeable enough but ultimately a car salesman. She repeatedly told us she doesnt work on commision, who knows why. The first ring she put on my finger cost $25,000. After sharing our budget she stated "maybe down the road he will come into some money and you can just take the small diamond and turn it into earrings." Next she informed us that they offer resizing "in case you want to start a family and you put on some weight". As if the ring shopping process isnt enough to think about. Obviously we were both turned off at this point and left. I wont go back and I suggest you dont either.

Great place very beautiful store front and great selections! lordis owner is a loving lady and she is awesome! Me and my fiancé is getting married this September 24, 2017 and she got my fiancé the wedding ring of her dreams. Also she got mine as well and gave us the best opinion every. She spends your money like is her owns. She asks for budget and she makes sure your under budget cant wait to go and pick up my rings for our big day. Love love love this place. Totally made buying my wifes engagement ring a fun and educational process. Lourdes spent time explaining the differences and also helped me figure out what I was looking for and helped me stay within my budget yet pick out the perfect ring for her.
