Terrible. While the people act nice, they do terrible work. My fiancé and I needed to get her ring resized. The first time they did it, the size was way off from the 4 1/2 we requested. On the redo, after the work was complete, the woman made a weird assurance that if any stones come out, we can go to them because they offer a service where they can replace the small stones. It seemed out of place until we took a close look at the ring when we got home and realized one of the small stones went missing. Thankfully, I have insurance on the ring from the retailer I purchased it from and should have no problem getting it fixed, but others may not be so lucky.

stay away i went in for a simple watch battery i was told it would be $65 went i asked why so much the woman behind the counter said batteries cost more for a michelle watch. I walk out and went to constantine fine jewelry just a few stores away and i felt like i hit lotto because they changed my watch battery for $10 and the woman did it with a smile. sorry fast fix but you should not cheat people thats just bad business .

They replaced my Citizen battery. The watch would not keep time afterwards. They took the watch, reordered another battery, replaced it and kept the watch for a few days. The fix worked and they didnt charge anything extra. Perfect service. They were friendly and non-accusatory at any time during our interactions.
