This place should be avoided I read all these reviews and decided to drop off my Citizen not "$10,000" Rolex watch to be repaired the price was excellent only $15, I needed a gasket to be replaced, they even offered to steam clean it and replace the battery. I get a phone call from them saying the battery is $45 at first I was thinking this is some kind of Bait and Switch but because the battery is Eco-Drive not a regular battery I was ok with that. Then I go in to pick up my watch and no one mentions to me that my calendar is not moving and my watch doesnt spin past 12, I found that out while I was in my car, I went right back in and spoke to the manager and they tried to give me some funny story about gulf of Mexico oil and water going on inside my watch when it was 100% operational prior to drop off which they admitted to. The part that got me is he justifies this by telling me they only charged me $15 so I suggested they have their fees changed because I am surely not going to ask him to charge me more but because I was charged less they are not assuming any responsibility on the watch! Sorry I dont have a $10,000 watch to drop off but people beware, I must admit I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau and consumer affairs because you dont treat people this way and get away with it. do not trust this guys with your watches they claim their guys are "over qualified" and wouldnt have messed up my watch.

I had gone in two years ago to purchase an engagement ring for my now wife and will never forget. I sat down with a woman, I believe the owners wife, she was great made you feel like a million bucks. Then the owner Joe came by and all downhill from there. My wife was with me and we said we knew we wanted either a cushion cut or emerald cut stone. He said no you dont want those you want round cut they are timeless. I said thank you but she already decides cushion or emerald. He said he didnt have any cushion worth showing us but showed us emerald cut. I mentioned what price I was looking to pay, he comes back from the safe with a stone in a case with a customers receipt on it saying this guy came by yesterday only left a few hundred dollar deposit if you pay cash now you can have it and Ill find him something else. At that moment I walked out, how can I trust someone with a diamond that wont even honor a deposit left by another customer. He was shocked! I wouldnt buy anything from this place probably fake or not to the quality you are being told.
