Sad fact is when you go into store out of blue after not going to store for like 2 months due to working fast food and as you walk in door at open time and find that somehow the staff mistake you for someone else and thinks you have been banned from store by security officer that you have never even talked to that staff said you did and you try. to fix their misunderstanding and they straight up ignore you when all you trying to do is tell them they are wrong. major headache only staff their that was willing to help me and is good guy is lee the other ones. should be fired cause savers might get lawsuit for that mistake very soon. No way in living hell can any professional mistake one person for another and be allowed to work in any place. like how are things like that even allowed I have shopped their for over 3 years and in that time I have only talked with either register workers when I bought something and 1 manager that I like. I need advise on if I should sue or not for that help plz. I would not give even one start after that.

Went for the Black Friday Sale. It was misleading and Humiliating. Staff did not know what was on sale or not on sale. The actual sale conflicted with the email announcement. The lines were longer than their ability to ring people up in time for the sales. It was degrading for everyone. Supervisors lied to people and promised that after waiting on line they would get the sale, they didnt. I used to enjoy going there. Never again. There are other Thrift organizations that treat you better. Sooooo much of the inventory was over priced - 9.00 childrens sweater with stains, clothing with rips, broken zippers, and very obvious stains - marked much higher than other stores. Shame on you Savers.

its okay just like the stars say. they have a lot, but its just run down? its cool they have senior discount days and others similar. it smells dusty, I noticed their signs after trying stuff on where you put your unwanted items was made out of copy paper and sharpie. dressing rooms are filled with clothes from people who dont know better more than likely. service is OK of course there is those employees who are awake and nice and then those who look and act like they hate their jobs. the area isnt the best just because loitering goes on outside of Savers but its alright for a second hand store and I personally have nothing against them.

One of my all-time favorite thrift stores. So many good finds here! Pair of gently used Tods loafers, several pairs of Stuart Weitzmans and other fine shoes. Better-than standard selection of clothes for women and men. Decent selection of maternity clothes. Also a great place to look for housewares and odds-and-ends. I have even found nice furniture here. For Halloween, it is a one-stop shop. They give coupons for donation, so try and bring some stuff to donate when you want to shop a lot. That said, they have great prices. Patiently returning to this store will ultimately yield what you are looking for, and then some.

They were about to throw a few childrens toys in the trash so we asked if we could have them employee said yes and when we got to the door some other employee yanked the toys from both of my childrens hands without a care or remorse. They try to extort you for broken and or incomplete with missing parts. $39.99 for an original Xbox from the 90s with no power cable, audio video cable or controller. In this condition (especially since they get everything they have for free) worth maybe $10 being generous especially since you dont even know if it works nor even return the damn thing.

To expensive for a second hand store. This Savers charges more for donated items than the Alameda store or Goodwill. Some of the items I notice was several mens shirts with stains were 5.99, others were 9.99 Really! ! A pair of blue Asics mens running shoes, size 12 with part of the footbed worn away on both shoes was priced at 17.99. A White BMC TE25 Mountain Bilke that has a high used retail value of 899.00 is priced at 1,299.00. The same bike was on eBay for 750.00. I use to like and donate to this store because I knew the manager, but not anymore.

I mentioned in another review my dissatisfaction with the state of thrift stores in general nowadays. I have the same general feeling about this Savers with the exception that they have a fantastic book section with a huge selection of new and older titles for very cheap. It is also very well organized (unlike Thrift Town)! As for the rest of the store, it is spacious and clean-ish but leaves much to be desired as far as quality of goods. I am fairly certain that finding a treasure in here will be an exception, not the rule.

Quality of clothes and wide variety of styles and good prices. I can no longer let my daughter know when I stop by. I cant get my girl out of there and try as I might my whining over powers me and subcome to my spoiled child thats ready to go home. Although I remind her tomorrow is another day she acts like shell never have the chance again. She has completely builted a whole new wardrobe on the average of every three months. So I thank you for the wonderful shopping experience even when I slip into whine mode. Thank you

The most expensive thrift store of the southwest!!!! I came here because i was use to go to some down in washington state and their price was reasonable. Here they will sell you everything even clothes with stain at really expensive price. The price for the second hand dresses are ridiculous, most of their clothing is at the same price as new clothes at a cloth store. Not worth it!!! And to think all those things were given to them free... They are probably making 500% returns. Keep your money and shop new.

I am a regular at Savers on Carlisle and Menual. I am faithfully there each Tuesday for Seniors Day. You can also find me there on any other day. The people are so helpful and friendly! I am a clothing fanatic and can change my look within seconds for a smaller donation to the clothing industry. Love, love, love to LOVE Savers for the Saving of my Time and money!!! Thank you. Big shot out to Operator 2021. Hes has such a pleasant demeanor and I wait to be assisted by him! Great customer service.

More and more , I am seeing people bring in there pet dogs and spend time for hours without giving or having a chance to administrator water to these poor pets! Now people do you really think that your pet pooch enjoys hauling in a shopping cart for hours without water or excerise! Go to the park across this Savers and give them a chance to play! I still dont know why Savers isnt aware of how many customers and now bringing in their dogs! There should be a no dog policy unless its a help dog!!!!!
