Management is horrible to work for! They are so desperate to meet there daily quotas that they treat every employee that works on the production team like robots on speed! I worked at this store for almost 6 months and everyday I worked I left physically, mentally, and emotionally drained due to the way management treated every employee on the production team!! Every employee on the production team hated the way they were treated. I saw one employee leave her shift at the end of the day in tears because of the way that one of the female managers spoke to her. You can never work fast enough or do a good enough job. Also, in my opinion for a thrift store I think the clothing is over priced! I have never in my life woked for a management team that was so despate to get there quota that they pushed there employees so hard and treated them so horrible! I have also never hated a job more then this one but only due to the management team! If the management cared about there employees and treated them like they deserved to be treated for how hard each and every employee on the production team worked it would have been a really good job. At the beginning of my employment there I loved my job. SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT TEAM THAT RUNS THE PRODUTION TEAM!!!

I thrift pretty regularly, and am familiar with many of the thrift stores in town. I had not checked out Savers yet, so today I went. I was not very impressed with the womens clothes. At other thrift stores you can find higher end brand names in the racks. Very few here. And the nicer pieces that were there were waaay over priced. I spent $8 on what I thought might be an ok shirt, only to get it home and find a huge hole in it. Pretty poor practice to put out damaged items and ask for that much. I will not be shopping there again. If youre looking for a good thrift store, try Twice as Nice on Grant, or Speedway Outlet.

I have a hard time with this store. Almost every employee has facial piercings & outrageous tattoos. I find it hard to accept that big brothers & big sisters would hire people to work in their stores but, not deem them worthy of actually of being part of their mentor program. At least half the store employees r very rude & need customer service traing. The other half r either wandering the store or r standind within 10 feet of the door smoming not the 20 feet the law states. Its time that corporation reevaluates who their have representing their organization. I will never shop or donate at this store aigain

I find a lot of the staff very friendly others dont seem to care very much to have to be there. I find the toys the books to close all for a great price very fair. My only concern that I found that they kinda of overcharge a lot of the purses and wallets and honestly if they go through them really go through them they would see that its not really worth that much and I find it it just a bit too high for a lot of them because its not worth the price of their asking. Im sorry but it is true.

can anyone explain why does a business with less than 40 employees need 5 different dept managers & 5 assistant managers??? better still explain how NOT ONE of them know whats going on in the store. or where did they learn customer service skills from. most of their donated merchandise is over priced & lots of broken stuff up for sale. corporate needs to reevaluate the management of this store & retrain 75% of their workforce

I went to this Savers today. There was a male employee ( he was dressed as the Jester) who was very rude! The cashier was very nice. Management should inform employees if your going to speak negatively about a customer they should make sure the customer can not hear them. I always liked going to this Savers. This experience has changed that.

I love this place, its kind of dirty but you can find some hidden gems in here. You never know what someone will donate and after you wash or clean it, the price is great. My daughter can touch and play with everything and if she does want a toy its only a few dollars for what would have been a lot at toyrus.

All the ladies staffing the shop were polite helpful and knowledgeable. Super super super good service. Daughter waited till 7pm on Sunday to tell us she needed a "Tutu". 3 other stores either didnt have what we needed r were closed super early on a Sunday. Savers was a life"saver". Pun intended.

This location rocks!! They have better prices than the one on the east side Their items are bought to quickly that there is a huge turnover rate Every week, there is a ton of new stuff to find Also, the employees are always amazing!! Just very nice and friendly and helpful

Well placed. Every third Saturday half price, exceptionally well laid out and constantly refilled shelves and hangars with something for everybody, friendly staff, comfortable interior a/c and temp, and wheelchair accessible.

Good finds for the household items as in decor and kitchen and some clothes but prices are high for donated items and its Usually not clean ...but again if u need something try here first if not another thrift store

This store used to be okay but it has less and less inventory, and lower quality inventory, anything that is not junk is way overpriced. Bathrooms are shooting galleries. Employees have attitudes.

Great selection and prices on kids clothes, and open late for working parents. Halloween stuff is already put out, and staff is amazing at helping to find the perfect costumes!

If you look for small antiques or collection items you will find them at this location. Some of the stuff here is overpriced, but others are okay in price.
