bad experience with trying to retrieve a accidental donation. they were not only unhelpful but they were rude. 1 out of 4 employees was trying to be helpful. her name was Katelyn and i appreciated her help. I found my accidentally donated gift card in the garbage after I practically begged the donations guy to allow me to go through the garbage he dramatically threw it all over the street. then when I found it he whistled loudly in my face? super aggressive and i will never even considering returning. terribly unhelpful clueless ladies behind counter. no straight answers about anything. awful. when someone loses something at my work I will gladly help them find it. always would have and always will

First saturday of a month is half price, otherwise student discount. When volunteering people treat you fairly. Store cashier is always helpful and tries my electronic stuff before selling it. They recycle the clothing donate that is in terrible condition. 100% non-profit.

My favorite area in this store is the books. They are very well kept and organized. The shoe selection and vintage clothing are pretty good too. The rotating sales make shopping a bit of a hunt, which is really fun. Dont lose your punch card!

Its purpose is wonderful but items are sometimes priced too high and community service members are treated poorly. It is run mostly on volunteer work and supports the help center which is great. Still. Needs to treat community service better

I have been to all the thrift stores in Bozeman and this was one of the best. The staff is soo friendly and helpful. They had a decent size selection of great clothing. Highly suggest visiting!

The staff is super helpful and nice .. IF you need something just ask they can look in back stock too fulfill your needs. Sometimes they have great sales . They take donations daily.
