Avoid this Mercedes Benz dealership in Durham near Southpoint. They lie. My daughters boyfriend who is international went there to lease a car. They first dealt with Daniel Debrecht who seemed responsive and customer-oriented, but once they agreed on a car with a 36 month lease, things got weird. They were handed off to his manager, Dan Scallion, and Daniel disappeared. Dan would not return calls or emails. Finally the boyfriend was told that he could not qualify for a lease because of his visa status without a cosigner. He has been selected for an H1b visa which will be valid for 3 years. His credit rating is classified as "very good". My daughter spoke with Mostafa Abouauf about her cosigning and he told her that it was not a good idea. I volunteered to cosign and a call was placed to the dealership. The boyfriend was told by the receptionist, Tiffany LeMay, to have me come to finalize everything and that all I needed was my drivers license. Upon arrival, I told the receptionist why I was there and I was met by the Finance Manager, Bob French. Mr. French sat me down and told me that I couldnt cosign because I neither lived at the same address nor was related. I proceeded to challenge him and he left to ostensibly find out who gave us incorrect information. Never saw him again other than skulking in the background. Yes. He skulked! Next Mostafa Abouauf, who, it turns out is a Sales Manager shows up and tells me that Dan is with another customer. Mostafa appears to look for other options, but none of those pan out. I now think this was a charade. Needless to say, no car and plenty of disappointment. That evening my daughter sent an inquiry to Mercedes Benz Financial Services. A couple of days later a reply came: "Thank you for the inquiry regarding your account with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBFS). The 3rd party does not have to be related or live with you in order to be on the contract". Since I drive a Lexus, I contacted my dealership and got the same answer. Did they think we wouldnt check? Mr. French and Mr. Abouauf lied, played games with me and wasted my time. For some reason, this dealership did not want to do business with this young man and it was for a reason that they would not divulge.

Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Had my civic repainted and had to leave it more than 5 times for them to get the paint correct. Traded my civic in on a GTI and the first SCHEDULED oil change took over 5 hours. Not to mention when I purchased the GTI I purchased the car care package and the wheel and tire package and they never treated my interior, in fact they didnt even clean it. There was literally trash still in the car from the previous owner. The car had four BAD tires which only the "worst" was replaced with a non-matching tire (The "worst" being their words). The GM had to be contacted to get the car into the shape it should be in to take home. Like I said I have the wheel and tire autoguard and took my car to get the tire changed when I found a nail in my tire - they sent me home with the nail in my tire leaking air saying it would be fine to drive while I waited for the correct tire to come in when it obviously wasnt ok (Autoguard is supposed to cover a rental for up to two days). I was without a car for a week. And when I brought the car back when my tire came in they forgot to put my center cap back on my wheel and the whole rim of the wheel was eaten up and scratched and a huge scratch left in the face of the wheel. When brought up they blamed me for not checking behind their technicians work when I picked up my car. WORST CAR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THE AUTOGUARD PACKAGES OFFERED-THEY ARE NOT COMPETENT ENOUGH TO MAINTAIN A VEHICLE.

I would definitely not recommend this company. Lets start from the beggining. The end of last year me and my wife decided to upgrade our car and go for a newer and bigger car. We went to hendricks toyota scion in sandy springs in Atlanta, and what we tought it would be a happy moment our nightmare only began. We trusted the company but ended up with a car that literally wouldn t start within a week. It just wouldn t turned it on. They towed the car and with 2 weeks returned to us and told us that they couldn t figure it out what was wrong but the car was working now. Ok. Only for the same thing to happens a couple of weeks later. By the third time we decided we didn t want that car anymore and we were still on the 3 month warranty so our search for a new car started again. Within months we found one on the Mini mall of georgia dealership. Another nightmare. Now with over 3 months that we bought the car we still dont have a title, and their excuses keep coming. Not only that they won t give us a temporary tag they told us to WRITE a seller tag and just put there. This whole thibg is just so messed up that I had to let people know to be careful, specially if buying a used car.

Avoid this Mercedes Benz dealership at Northlake. They lie. I bought a 2015 C400 and when the vehicle was purchase they had a special going on that included the first 2 services free of charge. so when my first service comes around I end up going to get it serviced and they complete the service they ended up charging me full price and when I told them that I had the service special they stated that they could not find it. so they tell me to pay and that they will look further into it. as of right now I have not heard anything, I keep checking every other day and all I keep getting is that they are checking with Mercedes. also I called service just to check and see if they did add my tire package that I also purchased and have on the contract, they state that I also dont have that. It has been about a month now and have yet to get my money back for the service I paid and I will also be requesting them for my tire package money back since it has already been a year and I am finding out that I never had it either. will not be going to this place anymore. I will take my business to Mercedes South Charlotte .

Service is awful I have a 2008 Silverado and a 2015 Silverado ever since you have to schedule service online I cannot get anyone to call or e-mail me back. I bought the 2015 from Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet and have spent couple of thousand on maintenance at the GMC on the 08. I still have not been able to get an apt. to have the oil changed in the 2015 which is a few hundred over on milage I just made my 3rd attempt to schedule service guess you have to show up in person to make an appointment. I will not and would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Earnhardt motors in Tallahassee I ended up having to take the 08 some where else after trying for a month to make an apt online and by phone (no return call) some where else for a brake job and oil change guess I will have to either go by in person or go some where else on the 2015 to get anything done. I have been told for the last 4 months oh there is something wrong with our computer system well how is everyone else getting there service?
