We stopped by on a Saturday because there was a car (2008 Honda Accord) that got our attention. Even though it was cold and past closing time, Bobby stayed and answered all of our questions and concerns. We felt he was an honest and friendly person. Went back on Monday, car stll on front line, test drove and purchased! No pressure or hassels. Everyone was very professional and nice from salesman, Bobby to Betty, the accountant up to the owner. I will refer my family and friends in need of a good car so they can enjoy the Sales Experience that we did. Thanks so much Crown Point Auto family!

My husband and I went to Crown Point with the intentions of buying and leaving with a car that day, however neither salesperson would come outside to show us the car! After answering NO, that we would not be paying cash, the "salesperson" could not care about how much we would be putting down, our credit, etc - definitely couldnt care about selling us a car. They said they were sick and had alreday sold 2 cars that day so they werent going to go outside and sell us a car. I wouldnt waste my time going there.. nasty attitude and very poor customer service!

Our 2003 Honda Odyssey was in a car accident with a deer a few months ago. We have been searching and searching for a replacement vehicle. We wanted something that would be an upgrade. Crown Point Auto had a 2007 Honda Odyssey EX-L in our price range. Bobby was no pressure and very professional. He gave me the freedom to research and assess the car. The negotiation was very win-win. He takes time to explain everything and always answers the phone. We will definitely buy another car from Crown Point Auto. No pressure, no games and good prices.

ive been doing business with Dave for 25 years.i"ve had nothing but good things happen as far as buying a use car from him. i have purchase at least 12 vehicles from crown point for me and other family members from luxury to regular and i have never been lied too or told an untrue thing about a car,i"m not saying a car never had a problem but we usually worked it out in a mutually satisfying way,so i got to say ,for me Dave has truely simplified the anguish of buying a used car, so go check him out.

My experience her was the best. I lobe everyone here especially mrs. Barbara great customer service and very helpful! I love the fact that they have a business to make a profit but they didnt just try to put my and I and a car just to make a dollar, they made sure it was what we needed and affordable for my family. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a car and I will be returning for another car for my son when he reaches the age very soon.

Great experience! I bought a Dodge Magnum from Bobby last month and it runs great with no major issues. He was very helpful, especially for someone buying their first car. The price was very reasonable and the engines roar is even better. I highly recommend Crown Point and would love to do business with them again.

Very pleasant buying experience. Bobby made us feel very comfortable and there was no pressure. The doc fees were much less than some of the other places I have bought from, which was a nice surprise! Everything was very simple and straightforward, no shell games or slight of hand tricks. I definitely recommend.

Dont waste your time filling out a credit app or a contact me page. They dont even have access to it and dont know who created the website. This is a "we tote the note" dealership only and they dont care about credit. 30% down and $$$ per month. if thats what you need, they are very friendly and easy going.
