My experiance was god aweful. I dont know how they are in business. Keep in mind too that I had a check ready and all I had to do was sign papers for less than 15 minutes.... 1.) The dealership had faxed the bill of sale wrong and then uped the price on the website weirdly enough even after an over the phone price negociation was established. I got the price negociated but it was still sketch. 2.) After understanding and being ok with the fact that I had to get a loan on Monday and Tuesday and i would only be able to come retreive the vehicle Wednesday morning, they were 20 minutes late and acted like I was late. They told me they expected me sooner because another person was interested in the car and that I was lucky to come in before them. 3.) One of the most annoying parts is that they had the place locked up so we had to park in the next parking lot. It was a one way street so we kept having to go in circles before we decided to just park and walk over until someone decided to open shop. 4.) They had nothing ready or prepared. The car was dirty and the pictures online did not portray the actual car. Because they had not cleaned the car beforehand, it took them 2 extra hours for them to get it cleaned and fix minor issues we had. They kept saying, five more minutes....10 more minutes. I had to go to work and had a meeting! My husband had to walk over and tell them to give us the car so we can go because they wouldnt hurry it up! I just cannot believe he didnt understand people WORK. With a business that has hours from 9-5, i dont understand who goes to see them! Shouldnt a business keep their cars nice for sale or dealt with before the customer comes to take it away? Just saying... 5.) The Car salesman was inappropriate and rude. He was cussing in Spanish, made fun of my diet, and was loud and obnoxious about everything as he hovered over the secretary. The man was the worst salesmen type i have ever encountered. He was crazy crazy condescending. I dont know if that is a middle eastern trait, but I found it offensive.

I spent 3 days to trying to get into a truck. I got into a truck on the 2nd day, After of course spending ALL and when I say ALL is "ALL" day trying to get into a car. When I finally got the chance to take home the 2nd Day (NIGHT TIME). Realized the truck had the reverse light out, CD player broken, Door wouldnt open, Air bag light on, light on the changing gears didnt work. So they told me bring it back tomorrow which was the 3rd day. So, I did. Took it around 11 am told me they would fix it around 3 pm. Well 3 pm passed, no call. So I decided to call back they said they where still working on it... OK 5 pm came I called again they said they wouldnt have it ready till Friday because since tomorrow is Thanksgiving they didnt open. So I was stuck all day with no car, at my husbands work truck. With no food no groceries no nothing. Until the Manager came and said they would let me drive a Dinosaur ugly truck home. And not counting I got home till like 7... They have the poorest customer service I never got a call from them when my truck was supposed to be fixed, never fix the cars before you buy. So watch out and be very careful. I was very dissapointed because I own my own business and was thinking of buying another truck but will no longer. I know the truck is not new but before you sell a car you would think they would check all these little things. THAT IS MY HAPPY THANKSGIVING THANK YOU!

My wife and I purchased a Toyota Highlander for our daughter from Palace Auto Sales. After a few days , we found out there was a serious steering safety issue with the car. The repair cost over $2000. You can imagine the anger we had about this, over a newly purchased car. In a fit of rage I posted several negative reviews about Palace. Isaac the owner saw these and contacted my wife immediately. Isaac asked us about the issue, and we we explained it to him, he asked that we allow him to make it right. Isaac bought back the Highlander for the original cost we paid. Although he could not refund the money we had spent on steering and tires, he immediately offered us $3000 credit of any car on the lot. When we found one we liked, Isaac insisted we take it to our mechanic and have it verified. When our mechanic identified some maintenance issues (brakes pads and rotors) Isaac had these fixed for no charge. Isaac made every effort to rectify our original problem and find a way to make my wife and I happy. Although we ended up spending a little more than we planned, I think we got a great deal on a very good car. Although I expected a battle, Isaac came through with grace and professionalism. I recommend Palace. Do your homework, be diligent about the car you find , however you can expect Isaac to deal fairly with you to win your future business.

To Whom It May Concern: I just bought a 2010 GMC Sierra Crewcab Denali from Bro Juwad(the owner), Sis Fatima, and the rest of his beautiful female staff. First sis fatima greeted me, very helpful, answered all my questions and if she did not know she went and got the answer for me (just what she is suppose to do). When I landed on vehicle she pulled carfax for me and all relevant info in ref to truck. They let me take truck to my mechanic to get checked for over a hour. From what I saw they have very clean vehicles. My truck is CLEAN and rides like it is new, has close to new michelin tires, one owner, and all service at GMC dealership....LOVING IT......and even though I did not get the discount on vehicle I wanted IM SATISFIED......simply put these are good people and they took very good care of me and still are after the sale which is important also folk that know how to build life long relationships and TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. PS .....yes I will bring you all some more chicken soon Lol PEACE Steven

I came across Palace Auto Sales, on the website. I was interested in the 2006 Scion TC that they had. Ellen came out and let me test drive the car with my friend. The car seemed to run well it just had some little issues that needed to be fixed like the key being replaced and the battery, which wasnt a big deal I was still interested in the car. We went inside and we talked about our options, and all battery and key were going to be fixed. I went in the next day and Ellen helped me set up my insurance and all the paper work. She took care of everything and I am so great full that she did. I am a very satisfied customer. She helped me step by step and walked me through everything and I honestly couldnt have done it without her. Thank you so much Ellen, you guys are the best! I am very proud with my car, everyone likes it and I LOVE it!!

I found these guys online through autotrader. The price on the car looked good so I decided to take a closer look. I was having a good experience until I brought up the car fax. The car looked good on the outside but I wanted a car history. The representative danced around the issue saying the car wasnt salvaged and then later said I could purchase one after I signed for a loan. When test driving the car I asked about the car having a spare key for keyless entry and was answered with "Ill look into it". I popped open the trunk to see the cover to the spare was missing. When I questioned it, I was met again with "Ill look into it". Needless to say Ill be looking into giving someone else my business.
