Im so disappointed. I understand to some people this is just fancy fruit, but to a long distance couple, it means more. I ordered my boyfriend a bouquet of edible arrangements, I was given the choice as to when I wanted it delivered, I marked that I wanted it delivered in the afternoon. It was around 6pm Mobile time and I still hadnt heard a peep about the surprise, so I called, the lady who answered the phone was very nice, but she told me it would be delivered around 6:30pm (even though I marked for the afternoon) well 7pm rolls around and he told me his neighbor received a noticed that they were there and left a slip stating he had a package....the delivery person didnt even go to the right house!!! So my surprise was ruined! I paid an additional $14 to have it delivered, it wasnt delivered on time, it wasnt delivered to the right address, had it been, he would have received it. Like I said, to others, this isnt a big deal, but it is when all we have are little moments, little surprises...and when you pay EIGHTY SOME DOLLARS!!! Youd expect it to be there, on time, instead of ruining surprises. That will be the last time I order from edible arrangements.

Called the day before my wifes birthday to get her some strawberries, pineapples, and bananas all covered in chocolate. For whatever reason they thought I said no bananas and add apples. Im sure it was a misunderstanding of some sort. MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN YOU ORDER OVER THE PHONE. I contacted the store to tell then what happened and the last laughed and said "well the apples and pineapples are really good." Thats not the point. My wife loves chocolate covered bananas and she didnt get any of them. I called back and spoke with a man who said I could come back by and pick up the bananas, thus salvaging later purchases from me.
