Excellent customer service. Fast delivery. When they didnt have an item I wanted, they were able to find a few substitutes that worked perfect. They are always super pleasant on the phone, even on their busiest days. Forget the big name "800" numbers, order local and have Kinsch send your flowers. I use them for every holiday and I have never, ever been disappointed.

I always use them for floral arrangements and theyve never disappointed. Its gotten to point that I just give them a budget and describe the occasion and let their designers do the rest. My wife buys most of her gardening supplies and flowers at the garden center. Really nice people.
