TERRIBLE I asked for: a yellow bouquet, no vase. $40.00. What I got was a small sprig of flowers, with crushed lilies, roses with dings, the wrapping tissue wasnt even completely put together (had unraveled by the time I got in the car), loose ribbon. and they charged me $44.00. I asked for a $40.00 item. $40.00 was my budget, not 44. I was a Winn Dixie around the corner just minutes before and saw flowers there for under $15.00 with better quality but they didnt have something what I wanted, so I went with this florist (Id been there before with a friend, so I felt I would get something nice). I never gave this sorry excuse for a $40.00 bouquet to the birthday recipient, I was ashamed to! Normally florists put their stickers on bouquets etc. - there was no such on this thing, and no wonder - Id be ashamed to pass these out to the public, too! I kept it to show my referring friend this disaster. I took pictures when I got home. My friend was shocked, and she wont be coming back, either. Why did I pay and walk out of there with this travesty? I have no idea. I was so stunned I was speechless and then went through the paces.

I ordered a Make a Wish bouquet for a family member and when I saw the picture of what they had sent I was appalled!! The flower arrangement looked nothing like the picture and was solid a solid yellow bouquet when it was suppose to have colors. I called the company to let them know how disappointed I was and how could they advertise something that looks nothing like what they send out. The lady on the phone said she didnt have a picture and when I said I would send her one she said no thats ok. HORRIBLE ARRANGEMENTS and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! They DO NOT stand behind their business at all.

I received the wrong flower arrangement and was told that the arrangement that was sent was sufficient. I will not refer this florist to anyone.

Very, very friendly and uniquely arranged bouquets! Kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for. Will definitely shop there again!
