Picture this a mother who is about to give birth and she is so excited! Now picture this that baby is a still born. Did your heart just break? Ours did in so many ways! I would NEVER do a bad review because I also am a business owner. Rules change when a business just flat out doesnt care and I believe it is time to take action. As a business owner in the fashion world I deal with brides a lot. If my staff makes a mistake and sends out a bride the wrong shoes, I personally will take action to fix it. A wedding is a very crucial time for a woman and if that means I have to come out of my pocket to next day those shoes, I will! if that means I have to go out in the hot warehouse and pull those shoes, I will! I will move heaven and earth so I make sure that bride has a special day! The reason is that day is planned and cant be moved. Now, you are in the flower business! A mother has a still born baby! A whole family is crushed! You would think that a business owner would also move heaven and earth when a mistake is made. This is another crucial day that cant be changed! This business acted like it was NO BIG DEAL that this banner wasnt made in time for this babys funeral. It was also said that they couldnt deliver the banner to the funeral side. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? As a business owner I would of driven it out there myself! I would of been so sincere on the phone, and made the banner myself! I would of called other customers and explained that their flowers may be late due to a heartbreaking situation. I would of hired on extra staff or stayed up all night to make this banner. Each time my friend called the owner was RUDE to her as if she was bothering her! I am sorry but this is so unprofessional on so many levels! To own a business is to own up to mistakes and FIX them ASAP! After many phone calls we finally got a banner and it is TACKY and UGLY and honestly I could of done better myself! Shame Shame on this business owner! If you are going to take on the responsibilities of a business you should always put customer service FIRST! So I would suggest any bride or anyone who may have a special day to think twice before putting your special day plans in this business owners hands. Maybe this owner needs to take some classes on how to run a business professionally. To learn customer service and how to treat people who are sensitive to make their day easier not harder. I received the most beautiful bouquet from Flower Fantasies today and it is the most beautiful one I have ever received. I am 69 years old and have received my share of flowers in my lifetime but nothing like this. The flowers were sent by a relative in Denver, Colorado and he forgot to give his name for the card. I called the florist in Denver to find out who sent them. I told them how happy I was with the flowers and they said that they would remember how great a job Flower Fantasies did and would use them for any orders to be sent to Mobile. I would highly recommend Flower Fantasies. My relative couldnt believe how fast they got the flowers to me. All in all an absolutely fantastic florist. You will not be disappointed with Flower Fantasies. USE THEM FOR ALL YOUR FLOWER NEEDS. PKG

This place should be closed down for Fraud! 1. They didnt send the correct flowers (Cheaper, wrong color, messy bouquet). 2. They delivered 2 days early (while recipient was out of town for the weekend) which led to my flowers sitting outside in the heat for 2 full days wilting horribly. 3. They did not include the balloons that were paid for. 4. The Happy Birthday Message was scribbled on a "Get Well Soon" card (The original order was placed online). 5. When I called to figure out what had happened I had to call THREE Days in a Row before Pat the Owner could figure out a story to tell me it wasnt their fault. This was an awful experience all the way around. Dont give these lying thieves your hard earned money.

My brother and I ordered flowers for my grandmother for mothers day. They were scheduled to be delivered on the Saturday before and they were not delivered. We received an email that says they would be delivered by that next Tuesday and we would get 10% back from our purchase. So she was disappointed. THEN when she received them the card said "Happy Valentines Day"!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We then rechecked our confirmation email to make sure we submitted the correct thing for the card to say and we did. Very disappointed in this flower shop. Used two others for my mother and other grandmothers and theirs came on time and written perfectly. Would not recommend.

Im sad to see this place has such bad reviews because my experience with them has been amazing. A lovely lady named Patrishia took my order on a SUNDAY over the phone. She was very helpful and patient as I undecided to what to order. I told her my budget and she walked me through everything. The flowers were gorgeous and she even sent me a picture them. I recomend them highly. Thank you again Pat.

I called up there for a number to place next to them this ghetto Azz lady answer the phone with her disrespectful Azz got the audacity to tell me she cant help be bihhh its right next to the building I hate my dumb black uneducated women. Its a bad place and they have horrible service its fit right where it needed to be fit straight ghetto and trash... I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Complete Rip Off!! Order placed online & EVERYTHING was wrong. Wrong Flowers, Wrong Date, Missing Items, Wrong Card. Owner was just full of excuses blaming her drivers. Nothing was done to right this situation. Such a Shame to see a place rip people off so badly!
