I went with my sister to this place to check on her recent layaway which was forfeited because she missed her month of May payment.Company policy is if your layaway was forfieted they have to return all the payments to the customer and only take 10% of the whole price. This lady,her name is LUZ one of the sales reps in that store told us that my sister payments were forfeited and theres no refund. So I asked did the policy changed? Whats written on the receipt is the store will only get 10%. She said yes and in a month. She was unfriendly and rude to us. My sister asked her why shes mean and she responded that my sister layaway record is bad thats why she is rude to her and she will be banned to do bussiness with this store, and she will put a note on her record.So I told her you cannot tell her that, that doesnt sound right, and she told me to be out of this conversation. I told her this is my sister and I am a customer of this company for so many years. She told me to leave the store as if she owned the store. I was so shocked that a sales person would kick the customer out without doing anything,she was acting like she was incharged.I told her I am not leaving and i want to speak with the manager, ROB. she told me dont talk to the manager call the corporate right away and complain about me! My name is LUZ! She was so arrogant,nasty and acting like crazy. Challenged me to call their corporate office. In my 10 yrs or more being a customer of this company I was never treated this way at all.One reason why i kept doing bussiness with this company is the staff in Silverspring and Gaithesburg stores are always nice, accomodating and friendly.this lady, Luz is so different! No respect to customers.She is rude, unhelpful and acting like an ignorrant .She even mentioned about my sisters layaway history in front of everybody. There was another customer there who was waiting to be helped and he heard everything. She must maintained privacy and confidentiality about customers bussiness and she broke that rule.I felt like we were harrashed by that lady.very awfull experience. I would never go back to this store again and would tell people how rude and unfriendly that place is. I would suggest she needs a replacement asap.This person in my opinion is not fit to be a first cash sales rep or to be dealing with people at all.No quality and will give bad reputation to the company. She challenged me to call the corporate which I did.I reported her and hope they will do something about her nasty behavior and understand that this person is not an asset for the company.

Today, my wife went into this establishment and was treated very disrespectfully by the staff. When she returned to the car she was very frustrated and upset. This is her experience as she described to me (horrible). As she entered, Luz (saleslady) was sitting down behind the front counter texting on her personal cell phone. She let my wife (customer) stand there for approximately four minutes (just staring at her). Luz eventually told her to wait. (her personal texting is apparently more important than a customers business). My wife was standing at the counter frustrated and getting more frustrated by the minute. When Luz finished her personal texting, she called Rob who was in another room to come out and help my wife. Why she did not do this in the first place, who knows (ridiculous). When Rob came out my wife explained to him respectfully that she wanted to cancel her layaway. Store policy is that if you cancel your layaway, the store will keep 10% of the full purchase price but you will get the rest of your money back (printed on my wife’s original receipt). Rob did give the full amount back that he was suppose to per. the company policy, but he was extremely rude. He told my wife that she cannot come back to the store because of this transaction and that she is a "horrible customer". No business should treat anyone like this and customers should come first! This is not how you treat customers and expect to stay in business!!

I was treated like a criminal in this place. I would not recommend this business to anybody. The sales lady, Luz was acting like she owned the place, and the manager, Rob was telling me not to come back because I cancelled my layaway with them. They are awful and the need to be reported to the corporate how they run their business. Liar!!! Acting like ignorants. This place must be close!!!
