I visited this pawn shop a few days ago to pawn an item for a small loan and I was told by the owner he is not interested in doing business with me. HUH you dont know me could it have been because of my race. I couldnt figure out what the problem was; I am a professional who works for FCPS schools so my character or behavior shouldnt have been questioned because I gave him no reason to do so. My suggestion for a great pawn shop in the Falls Church area would be Crossroad Pawn and Jewelry and Exchange who are owned by Crossroad Pawn.

Lmao I called to see if they had hdmi component converters. They guy was like "we dont have that" I asked another question "do you have hdmi cab- "we dont have that" just kept saying we dont have it. What customer service lol I was like wow lmao

So i call today and the guy who picked the phone up was jerk. All i was looking for was an answer for my question. And if you cant speak english then hire someone to translate for you. I hope no one gives them any service. Good luck.

Called in to see if the items i wanted to take by could be pawned- the owner was very rude, barely spoke English, and told me the shop only accepts gold. Needless to say, i did not stop by in person, nor will I ever.

Totally agree with the other reviews, this place is horrible! I went in looking for a digital camera and was told "Come back later, its lunch time".

Decent prices. Willing to negoiate. Kinda of a language barrier but I got a nice welder for about a third of retail and it works great still.
