I have been dealing with Eric and Cat for years now.... Only buy or sell once a year yet they treat me like one of their best customers. For all the people that are complaining do you even try to negotiate or have you been to other shops?? They run a business.... You make an offer and they will accept or counter offer. They are there to make money. If you dont know how to negotiate how is that anyones fault?? They price the good high because they EXPECT you to ask for a better price. Sometimes they dont give me the lowest price or pay as much as I would like to get... them I find somewhere else to go. Thats the way it works. If they have too many iPads then they will pay l;ess if they have none they will pay more... Its called economics 101

They are so nice!! Store was very easy to fine and staff was very nice. First time I went in I was working with Eric and he was very helpful. When I went back to buy a gun (G19) Kat was working with me. She was also very helpful and they were all sooooooooo nice. All the staff was very nice and YES I will go back. Now I always stop at the Woodbridge and GOLD before I go to Best Buy!!! Thanks guys for working with me...

I wish I could give this ZERO stars !!!!! Woodbridge gold and pawn is a total ripoff and the people working there are totally rude and incompetent. There prices are way too much and they dont seem to care if they help you or not . I highly disapprove of this pawnshop and would recommend staying out of here. I went to two other pawnshops after /pawn Usa and metro and they were great! Go there instead!!!

I came in and was looking for some mics for my son. Taj didnt have any. I ran in to some money issues when my mother passed away. I thought of him and his kindness to me and my son. I brought my guns in here to pawn them to get home to bury my mother. This guy is the best. You need to visit here!! Thank you guys for your great service!!!

Walked in looking for a loan until pay day and was given the help I was needing and came out with a Foosball table that my four boys are in love with. Thanks for the help and the piece of mind. My kids are always in the basement now having good olde fashioned fun. Who know that there was life by video games exist

Good shop and friendly staff. They are my first stop when trying to find something special or for when looking for used or new electronics at a great discount. The haters reviewing them probably dont understand how a pawn shop works. You cant expect them to buy your stuff for retail!!!

Hated this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one even tried to help me. I went into this place to sell some old gold and waited around for someone, anyone to ask to help me. Nope, didnt happen. And they werent even busy, This place is worse than 1 star but I didnt know how to do that. :(

Ive been coming to this shop for the last 15 years. This shop has been taking care of me and my need. I always find a great deal in this shop.The employees are always very friendly and knowledgable, in fact I call them my friends. It is a great shop, everyone needs to visit!!

Woodbridge Gold & Pawn staff is top notch and knowledgeable. Went inside looking at their gun inventory and was immediately greeted by the staff. Even though I didnt purchase anything they were still pretty cool and helpful. I would defiantly come back again!

These guys are com artists they over charge and under pay. Worst customer service Ive had in years. The people are ugly and the shop is a joke. I wouldnt recommend this place for anything at all. Drive past it and keep looking!!!! Consumers beware.

Really feel I was treated unfairly .. I took my gun in there .Its worth $225 but they wanna give me $100 . need $500.00 and was going to buy the gun back .. Offered me a low ball price . I will never recommend this place to anyone .

They offer barely nothing for great electronics. They just offered me 15 to 30 bucks for a new in the box up to date 4g cell phone! Why would I sell my phone for that? Smh hope they go out of business.
