They make you feel like you are at home! When you walk in, you have their attention. Doesnt matter how many questions you ask. Tony was a straight shooter when I asked for a price. I asked for an out-of-the-door price and that was exactly what I paid. His follow up/through is unreal. He promised me a free BMW baseball cap (was out of stock at the time). A month later, I get a call out of the blue that the cap is ready for me! yeah, it is 20 bucks (nothing in the grand scheme of things), but it speaks a ton about these guys. And wait until you meet Don (the service guy). It feels so good to hand the bike over to him with probably 30+ years of experience! He knows the bikes in and out! A great guy. super friendly who is not trying to upsell. All in all, these guys have my business for life

For SERVICE. I have no experience with sales. I have used both this dealership and BMW Motorcycles of SE Michigan. They are both good. What I like about this dealership, however, is that when you call or stop in for service, you talk to Don, the head technician. You arent talking to a service rep who doesnt work on bikes. You are talking to the Main Dude, who, like me, is over the hump in his career, which is to say he has decades of experience working on, and riding, BMW motorcycles. I feel much better handing my bikes over to this guy than I do giving them to someone I dont see and never meet.

Always get personal attention. You are treated with respect -if you need me, let me know. Feel free to browse around and do not hesitate to ask questions. Where else you feel at home like that? Tony, Don and the front desk are always genuinelly savvy and friendly. Never had a problem with them. There are two dealerships near me. I go to either one. Both excellent. I however preffer BMD for their small size and excellent service to cost ratio.

After talking with 3 BMW dealerships, I purchased my motorcycle from Tony @ BMW Motorcycles of Detroit. Long story short, they are excellent in every way! Best price, customer service, their tech seems to really know his stuff. Tony in sales is honest, no playing games. They went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate that. I never write reviews, but they DESERVE to be acknowledged for their excellent customer experience.

Great dealership, nice sales and parts people. Always friendly and helpful. Just watched the service manager stop his work and help a stranded rider from Canada get back on the road. Great associated club. Motorcity Beemers meets in the dealership 2nd Saturday of every month. Good people, great club activities and rides.

Small dealership but thats a good thing. I bought a consignment K1200 LTE from them and they have treated me like I bought a new one. They are responsive and helpful. I will buy another one from them at some point Im sure.
