RUUUDE assistant manager. Love the manager and the staff but she is not a nice person. The place is over priced and there are other options in town, but I have continued to spend mega bucks at this store, to the tune of about $5000 a year(12 dogs.) Two conversations with the overbearing assistant manager later, I have determined to spend my 5 grand a year elsewhere.

Been going to pet smart for years using grooming made a appointment for my dog on Friday went to pick him up they charged me a extra $3 because it was the weekend I know its only $3 but feel they should have told me so dont make a appointment on weekend there is a new groomer open by wasabi on how 54 close to Walmart pet smart not the only place to go

I know it wouldnt show if I didnt give 5 stars.. however yesterday we bought 6 fish. Woke up 3 dead.. got more and when came back the 3 that hadnt died were dead.. Ive had really good with all the fish I have gotten from other places.. the worst.. their fish tanks werent even the cleanest.. grr.. theyve made me so mad .

This location of PetSmart is great. The staff are always helpful and the items on my list are never out of stock. I only give four stars, due to the staffs unfamiliarity with the online order pick-up. Each time I go to pick up my order, the sales associate regularly has to refer me to management for assistance.

Ridiculous wait times for anything such as fish or crickets. Employees standing around talking looking at us but never asking if we need help. Time after time when we come here. Damn shame they put E&L pets out of business. Id never shop here if someone else had crickets in town.

I love this place. If it werent for them having a store in Glasgow I would be constantly getting robbed by Petco in Bowling Green. Lucky for me they price match. Now all we have to do is get them to open a store in Bowling Green

Ive seen better stores but, I guess its fine. The animal cages are sometimes dirty and there are quite some dead fish in the tanks at all times...
