Ive been going there for 10 years & I have never felt welcome in there. Every one of the staff seems annoyed with me or at least like my business is an inconvenience for them (& I really keep to myself.) I continued to go there because they do offer specialty and organic dog foods (I use raw) that no one else used to carry. Ive recently been frequenting Bentleys Corner Barkery in Arlington Hts and they have every brand I know of at the same prices! Most of all, they are very friendly, helpful and seem to love when folks bring dogs in to visit! Thanks for supplying what Ive needed AF&Ns but Im happy to have an alternative.

This place has a great selection of high quality foods at a fair price. However, the employees are fairly cold. At best I feel like I am some sort of bothersome stranger even though I have shopped there for years. Never seen a smile or been asked how I am doing. Never felt like anyone has gone the slightest bit out of their way to help etc (maybe it is because I am a guy - the staff is all women - kind of a girls club really). However, until another competitor starts to carry the products that I want, I will continue to shop at this store...maybe I need to start my own store...hmmm

I love this place! Best place to get quality rabbit food and litter in the NW suburbs! They have warehouse style big bags of everything from kitty litter to rabbit chow to horse stall freshener. If you buy the big stuff, you can pay up front and back your car up to the warehouse...and they will load it for you. Top notch service! Plus, they breed guinea pigs so its always fun to see how big the babies are getting.

Best place ever!! Animal friendly large selection of animal foods cat dog llama goat guinea pig bird wildlife anything you want they have or can get highly recommend it lots of grain free foods and treats
