When maneuvering thru the "bypass" maze in Jackson this is a fairly easy in & out store. Well...if you dont pet the kitties or other little fur babies too long. The employees are general easy to find for assistance and rarely unfriendly. I do miss the super friendly employees of the past years. They will price match if you question. I am not thrilled with the gigantic new outdoor store, that now adjoins, as it has blocked some of the easy drive in & out the back way but suppose Ill live.

Didnt get the but one, get one half off deal, as advertised in store, on my Cat Chow. Would not accept my phone number for Petco rewards. Cashier did not offer assistance until I asked if I could sign up for another rewards card. Not my favorite experience with Petco.

Our clerk had an attitude but it was early in the morning. She was also not in uniform. The litter refill station was almost empty, so it was a struggle to refill my bucket. The UPS delivery man was very friendly though, and the store was clean.

Great selection of dog food and treats but is fairly expensive. However, there are constant sales and PetCo members get $5 back on every $100 spent (which only takes a trip or two). Store is clean and staff have always been eager to help

Large selection of pet supplies. They sell small pets and help local shelters find homes for cats and sometimes dogs. They also offer pet training classes. Weve taken our Boxer to 2 different training programs and it was great.

Go here for fish NOT Petsmart! They are courteous, friendly, patient as you pick your fish. The fish are healthy and the tanks kept clean. (unlike the staff and tanks at Petsmart)

Another typical big box pet store in Jackson. This location comes up short in the fishkeeping department with some of the most unhealthy fish and tanks Ive ever seen.
