My fiance and I have been in here a hand full of times and I seriously cannot say enough good about their customer service. They will treat you like you are their only customer. The last few times I was in there I was definitely annoying, I asked dozens of questions on dog food and didnt even buy anything and they STILL helped me out and went WAY out of their way to help answer all of my questions. I am going to always buy my dog food from them now. They treated me great and were very knowledgeable. It isnt just some highschool kids that are working a summer job, these guys know their business and are there to help. In all honesty they may have saved my dogs life, he was having allergic reactions to his food and I wasnt aware of the signs of it and my vet just blew it off, they recommended a different dog food and my dog is great and way more active now. So, again, I cant say enough good about this store. It breaks my heart that it isnt getting as much business as they deserve. I will NOT be buying from crappy pet stores like petco and petsmart ever again. Stay away from them and go to this store instead! Thanks guys!

This place is the best! Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They truly above and beyond to help. I have an infant and toddler, and they always offer to carry my items to my car. Their grain free food is by far the best price that we have ever found. Happy to support this business!
