I used to love this place. At one time I gave it a 4 star rating but recently changed it to 3. Prices have gone up, and the last 3 "hardy" fish I bought from there and they died within 24 hours.I brought back the dead ones for a refund instead of risking replacement sick fish. Ive seen sick fish (with fungus growth like Ick), and even when alerted it seems as though they dont care. Ive seen dead fish in the tank and alerted staff. Common sense would be to grab a net and get the dead fish out. Nope, not here. They At least will carry heavy items to your car

Unfortunately this PSP doesnt carry the high quality brands Ive come to expect from the other local PSP locations. Theyre a good stop for the basic supplies but they dont carry the wet or dry cat food that we feed. (Orijen and Weruva, both found at other PSP locations like Greenfield for example.)

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Fish seem well taken care of and all that I have bought have been healthy, which is a breath of fresh air compared to Petco and Petsmart! I visit frequently with my dogs and will continue to buy their food and fish from here.
