The customer service is amazing here. I was here yesterday and Fong, a staff member found me looking at product reviews for flea removal products on my phone and offered to help me. He was by far one of the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered at any store of any kind. He really eased my anxiety over my cat having fleas and was very empathetic and knowledgeable, guiding me towards the right product while telling me which ones would be a waste of money. I was so anxious and he talked to me for a long time and helped me a lot, he should be employee of the year. The other staff here are also incredibly friendly and helpful. The cat and dog food selection here is the best you will find anywhere with the best prices.

Love shopping here for my cat & dog. They do not sell animals, reptiles, fish or birds. They do offer cats/kittens for adoption. I just had my dogs nails trimmed there. She hates getting them trimmed. But he was carring & patient with her. Awesome! The employees are always wonderful & knowledgeable. Thank you so much! Ill be back

I love shopping here! The staff is always really helpful and willing to help you find what you need. The sales are usually better than regular prices as well at other pet stores. They also have some great advantages if you are a frequent buyer!
