Suzy comes here frequently and she has never had a problem with any of the groomers. She is a rescue that was found in the hot Californian desert with temps up to 120-30 degrees in the summer she was in dire straights and very very skittish around people especially with any kind of head covering. All of the groomers are aware of this and are very very gentle with her. Ive tried a few other smaller groomers and she was way too uncomfortable. You can trust that your fur baby is in wonderful hands here

Very nice and clean? Nice staff? Great selection? Absolutely! I bought my hamster here, and it was a very nice experience! My friend said that every time she has bought a hamster here, it was "evil" and they had to return it. But my hamster I got from there was sweet and kind. I had him for about a year before he sadly passed away :( . May you rest in peace. I defiantly recommend this PetSmart, either just to grab a quick bag of kitty litter, or to adopt a sweet and loyal friend :) .

Always knowledgeable staff to bring questions to. My only complaint is the quality of dog toys. Ive found that unless you have a smaller breed toys there outside of Kong Extreme will not last a day. Need a better selection of large breed strong bite toys.

Wonderful store and helpful Employees! I would like to see them expand the cages for the reptiles and the birds, that isnt enough space for them! Other than that great store, reasonable prices, and such helpful workers! My dog loves it there too :D!

The staff isnt very friendly or helpful. And the store could use remodeling. But this is the only place I can get the brand of dry cat food my cats eat. Sign up for PetPerks. You get coupons via email for free items and deals.

High prices but usually have what I need. I love their partnership with Macon countyTheir reptile cage DO NOT suit adult reptiles. I wish they sold bigger terrariums online or something. I cant find Anything for my iguana.

They have a large variety of items to choose from, but can be a lot more expensive than other stores. For example, a bag of my cat food at PetSmart is $15.99, but at a store across town the same bag costs $9.99.

Pets are taken care of, habits are clean, staff is friendly. Be careful it is a bit pricey since its a chain store and if you dont know where your going its a bit confusing
