Wright Nissan is a truly exceptional automotive dealership! Outstanding experience from the Wright Nissans website to the first email from Casey and Ava (Internet Sales Consultant/Assistant) and John Langel (Sales Manager) to the test drive and sales experience with Michael Romabach (Salesperson) to the purchase and delivery of my Rogue and finally to quickly expediting my final paperwork with John (Financial advisor)!!! These people are class acts and know how to make a customer feel truly special. Wright Nissan is a well oiled machine - excuse the pun! Beginning with Wright Nissans website - shopping for the right vehicle was simple and easy. You search for the vehicle you like; you use the payment calculator to help determine if that vehicle fits your budget; you click to get your price emailed to you; you are now well informed before you even step foot into the dealer. Next the dealership itself. You enter the dealer not a stranger but a person your Internet Sales Advisors (Casey and Ava) have already informed your Sales Manager (John) and Saleperson (Michael) are coming to visit at a specific time and they have your vehicle ready to test drive. John Langel welcomes you with a smile and hand shake, asks about my drive to the dealership, and offers to help me out in any way he can. Then he introduces me to his salesperson, Michael Rombach. Next the test drive. Michael knows the Rogue inside and out. He speaks of it as he owns this vehicle and he really informs you. The drive is relaxing, exciting, and educational! Next the sales experience. Not at all pushy but instead accommodating. This group of people make you feel like you have a team helping to guide you through your decision making process of buying a vehicle, yet understanding that you are a discerning consumer exploring the many options in the small SUV market. Finally purchase and delivery of my vehicle. A couple of texts, an email, and an online credit application and the paperwork process is quickly expedited. This is very important to us being our time is limited. As my wife, daughter, and I park at the dealer we notice our new car polished and waxed and ready to go home with us. When we go through the doors we are greeted like family by John and Michael. Michael sets us down, goes over some details and then we go to Michaels (Financial Advisor) office to seal the deal. I was quite impressed Michael even had three chairs for me, my wife, and my daughter to sit comfortably in his office. The financial advisors office was quaint and well organized. His clean and well lit fish tank caught my daughters attention and we sat down to complete the hassle free paperwork. Michael congratulated us on our purchase and we were nearly ready. John bid us farewell and told us to feel free to contact him with any need we had. Finally Michael Rombach gave us everything we needed to depart on our journey back home. He went over all features of the Rogue, set up our phones, cooled the car and thanked us for our purchase! Granted buying a vehicle can some times be a daunting task, but Wright Nissan makes the process simple, efficient, friendly!!! They give you the information, tools, and knowledge. All you have to do is visit their website and begin from there. This is how all car buying experiences should be. We are looking forward to ongoing relationship Wright Nissan in the future! And by the way, very impressed with the Rogue SV with SV premium package! This thing is packed with technology, comforts, and features! Looking forward to my daily driving experiences!

I called the service department after my Nissan Murano that only has 15,000miles wouldnt start. I brought it in to have the battery checked after having the vehicle jumped. As I am well aware that the vehicle still has the original factory warranty,3 years or 36,000 miles. I knew I didnt leave anything on in the vehicle as it was the middle of the day and I dont even keep the auto sensing for my headlights on! When I got there and after a worker came out to my vehicle and wrote down my vin, I go inside and explain how I called in and the person on the phone suggested to me to come in and have my battery checked.(I was totally thinking it was the battery and I explained this to Cory). I also told Cory that my passenger side seat has a glitch in it as it doesnt always work. I mentioned to him that I had my purse stolen while on vacation that had my other set of car keys in. I asked him if my bumper to bumper warranty cover my keys by any chance? He said he wasnt sure and left to go talk to service manager. He then comes back and CORY says these things to me," How do you know it has the original factory warranty? Do you still have your paper work?" I said,"why would you ask me a question like that and why would it matter? Because you should have it in your computer when you put in my VIN number." He then tells me AGAIN that I have no warranty on the vehicle. I told him I absolutely do! I also mentioned how I purchased the extended warranty where I purchased the Vehicle so I absolutely have coverage. I gave him the date my original warranty expires. He was NOT happy that I knew that I can tell! He then said,"oh,I thought we were talking about your extended warranty." I said," wait, you told me 2seconds ago I had NO warrenty. So which one is it Cory?" I was so shocked at the customer service this place gives. I grabbed my paper work and left!!! I told him there was NO WAY I was letting them touch my car. As I was leaving, he said sorry I felt that way. I told him he was not sorry! As I had never been so angry in all my life!!! STAY CLEAR of this shop!!! I wouldnt believe any of their positive comments on here! Terrible terrible customer service! They CAN NOT be trusted!

Ill give this dealership one star because Katie, the Internet Specialist, was very nice. I received a pre-approval to upgrade my 2014 Rogue to a 2017 Rogue from NMAC. I called to inquire about trade-in value, parameters of the "pre-approval" and to potentially start the upgrade process. Katie, assured me that a Sales Manager would contact me to assist and answer any questions. I received an email from Ryan, and he asked for my 2014 Rogues VIN number so that he could pull an accurate pay off amount. I NEVER HEARD BACK- I do not know if my inquiry was not taken seriously or if simply following through on what you said you were going to do became too cumbersome so you simply decided to brush me off, but regardless of your reasoning- you lost a sale. This is the second time this has happened at Wright Nissan. I initially went to Wright Nissan in 2014 to buy a Rogue and I had an offer letter in hand and said this is the date I am buying a car. I went on a test drive and then asked for the best price they could give me on the Nissan Rogue- I was given a quote at sticker price for the vehicle, not a penny less. Again, I do not believe I was taken seriously so I left and went to West Hills Nissan where i was given $1800 off the sticker price and purchased the vehicle. Present time- I just traded my 2014 Nissan Rogue in for a 2017 Nissan Rogue. My advice, skip over this dealership as they clearly do not value their customers or treat any situation as an opportunity to sell a car. Go to West Hills Nissan! My experience there has been fantastic and I would highly recommend. Last note- I received a follow up email from Wright Nissan asking if a manager had reached out and provided me with the information I requested and if it was to my satisfactory...I replied back with a similar email to what i am posting here and have received zero response. Either you are too proud to admit you made a mistake, or you prefer to operate a business with such low integrity- either way you wont get my money!
