AVOID THIS PLACE AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! BUYERS BEWARE... This place is a joke. Their employees quote you one price (which they will only give you a verbal quote and will not send anything in text format whether it be a letter or email) and then dont honor it (ed and bo) and the laughable manager Sue, is the epitome of unprofessional and rude. She will laugh at you and talk over you when you are simply trying to make heads or tails over the multiple offers that you are given. We were told we "had to commit to buying" a car before she would work with any bank to get us the price we were initially given. Absolutely horrendous, wasted at least 4 days of our time waiting to hear back from people and then they worm out and send an email so they dont have to speak with you directly. But I guess the follow up email that you get from heather, who claims to want to assist you in your purchase, makes up for it. But meanwhile...when you call Heather back shes going to tell you she has no information on you and transfer your blindly around this used car circus. IF you decide to shop here do so with caution, you more than likely will be disappointed and treated like a lesser being, but remain hopeful friends...you ARE NOT greasy like "these people"

Beware of this place, my salesman was EXCELLENT so this is not directed towards him but the sales manager Bo is the most unprofessional SM Ive ever met in my entire life. They over paid for a vehicle on trade in and were trying to get me to over pay for it. Bo would not budge on the price even though the car was severely beaten. Not once did Bo step out of his office to "Thank me for coming in" or ask if there was anything they could do to put a deal together. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE THE DEFINTION OF A GRIMEY SALESMAN.

I would like to thank dean honda for putting me into my vehicle. The did an excellent job from the time I pulled up, into the time that I walked out. The sells man was very kind took his time with me and was not pushy like some sales people are. The finance lady IS A MIRACLE WORKER! She went above and beyond to make sure I get a good deal even with my bad credit. lf anyone is looking for a vehicle THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! Once again thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

I have never had a more professional car buying experience than I did buying from Dean Honda. My salesman BO treated us like people he knew his whole life and Ed the finance manager was extremely diligent with getting us what we needed. They werent afraid to do whatever it took to satisfy our needs.

Do not shop here unless willing to pay sticker price, They do not fairly negotiate a price. We walked out and they could of cared less. Also did not get a response back from owner Steve Sherman on e-mail sent to him!
