Never had such worst experience dealing with anybody in my life. Went to get the audi pre-owned 2015 q7 for 50k and confirmed that I will get it , later I have changed my mind to get the 2017 Q7 . So by looking at their inventory decided to get the 2017 q7 loaner vehicle with driver assistance package for 62k with 2500 miles on it. They mentioned it will be available by evening as it is under active loan and they brought vehicle at around 8pm and it has 4000 miles on it. I looked at vehicle and mentioned would like to buy it (it was raining outside at that time and I couldnt test drive and they mentioned it is still under 5000 miles and usually considers it is brand new ). I have saved complete website description of vehicle in PDF just for safe side. Went there to get vehicle and completed all the documentation, Technologist started explaining features and questioned him to explain driver assistance features and found that this vehicle doesnt have Driver Assistance Package . (But based on the VIN description in website has driver assistance and that is reason I have chosen this vehicle out of other available loaner vehicles). They have removed the vehicle from website already and they werent beleiving what I was saying . I showed them the PDF what I have saved earlier for that VIN number (from Audi prestiege site) Pre-owned dept manager started questioning me "why you didnt test drive vehicle and why didnt you observe all these yesterday when you saw this vehicle" . I was shocked to hear that these questions coming back to me from reputable brand like AUDI even when they publish wrong information on the website (even with mistake on their side). With this whole process I was already tired and thought to get some vehicle and bought new 2017 q7 paying few more thousands than usual and got the vehicle (of-course by paying full amount). I had to ask for trunk cover also which I had already paid as part vehicle MSRP (only thing I got was weather mats). Frustration was not yet finished, came home trying to fix trunk cover then realized they gave me the 2015 Q7 trunk cover for 2017. and was trying to setup the remote authorizations for the car and found that they didnt give me vehicle code (small scratchable code). Called audi prestiege and sale guy said he gave code(tag) and it cost 80$ if we have to order again but I am sure he didnt give me tag when I got the vehicle.(paying 80$ was not the problem but Im really pissed off with attitude) After 20 days I got trunk cover and key tag with help of Prestiege Audi sale manager and to find they have order the wrong key tag which doesnt work for the 2017 q7 ( Had to talk to Audi 2017 customer care for weeks to find this information ). Regarding Audi customer care they are responsive but didnt resolve the problem for last two months and didnt even send welcome kit till now after buying such expensive vehicle . Overall experience with Sales guys at Audi Prestige is worse (I dont want name but I am sure they dont know anything about Audi vehicles and how to respect the customers and their loyalty)

I came in Saturday looking to purchase a 2017 R8, i worked with the sales agent there and agreed to the price, terms and etc. Everyone there was super nice and very kind to my brother and I. When it was time to run my credit i was unfortunately not approved, i called my other brother who agreed to be the Guarantor and we ran his credit and everything was a go. Everything is running smooth and fast, Im anxious to get in my new car, within the hour everything is ready to go. The agent comes back with the keys and they begin moving cars out of the showroom. I go see the finance advisor and I proceed to give him my Debit card and the 20K deposit was completed. Now all we need to do was go to my brothers house to get the papers signed. I asked my sales agent if it can be done and he said of course hes done it plenty of times. Hell drive the car to Homestead and finish the transaction, and hell uber back. As Im calling the insurance to add another car to my policy the agent comes back and tells me that the manager would not let him go down and finish the transaction, that my brother will have to drive up to the Dealership from Homestead. I explained to him that i have had my cars delivered before with no issues and that the deposit was already taken and Im on the phone with the insurance. He goes backs and talks to the Manager and the finance manager joins in and still with no hesitation he says no. So the credit has been ran, approved, deposit taken and etc but they will not deliver the car. To be clear i have had my S63 AMG (200K car) delivered from Naples just a few months back with no issues and my M6 (130k car) a few years back. We go talk to the manager and with no type of explanation he says no with an angry look on his face. At this point i figure that he thinks Im going to run some sort of scam. As the sales agent tries to convince me that hell go down to Homestead tonight and get everything signed so the car gets delivered Monday I got fed up. I ask for my refund which after a few minutes of talking to the finance manager he finally agrees to do the refund (i checked the receipt today and it was done offline so now I have to call BOA in the morning and file a dispute) I go home. The manager never at any point came to greet me or give an explanation, instead he stood behind the counter watching me like some sort of criminal. The next day around noon the sales agent sends me a text message that he can deliver the car and bring the papers to get signed, so I ask myself what changed? The night before the manager said NO. Now out of the blue hes get the OK? I texted him No. Buying a car (especially a 200k car) should be a memorable experience and thats something i dont think i will ever get from Prestige Audi. Every staff member at the dealership was great, but the most important person was not. If you still decide to purchase a car from here then please see Miguel, he was honest and tried everything he could to make the deal happen.

Ive purchased and leased several vehicles in the past, but this was the first at Prestige Audi. This was also by far the best overall experience. I had the fortune of negotiating with Yuri, the General Sales Manager, directly. Although initially you may think hes only missing the smoking cigar in his hand to play the part of a ruthless Russian mob boss, he was actually a very courteous straight shooter and a very reasonable professional. He negotiated in good faith and complete transparency at all times and was very responsive to my questions and requests. Because they didnt have the vehicle I wanted in stock, he placed a factory order and took great care to go over each and every detail of the order with me to make sure it was exactly as I wanted it, even letting me look over his shoulder at his order entry computer screen. Even during the waiting period after placing the order, I called the dealership to check status and he personally took the call. The vehicle was delivered exactly when Yuri promised it would be when I placed the order. On delivery day I admit I came prepared to do battle to finish negotiating the terms of my lease. With my special lease calculator in hand I was ready to question the dealers numbers. To my surprise, no battle ensued. On the contrary, Alex Voytenkov, the Finance Manager, was very open and patient and walked me through every part of the math with me, until his calculations and mine matched and I was satisfied that I knew exactly how he was arriving at the numbers he was showing me. Every other finance manager I have dealt with in the past has gotten a little defensive and dismissive when pressed to explain the details of their calculations, so Alexs openness was a very pleasant surprise. No funny math, no hidden fees, no slight of hand here. I knew exactly what I was being charged for, and as a customer, that feeling is extremely important. Finally, Gene Elperin is the one who actually delivered the car to me and went over all the bells and whistles with me. It makes such a big difference when the sales staff actually knows the product they are selling very well. Gene even gave me his cell phone and insisted I text or call him anytime with questions. He wasnt kidding, I did text him a couple of days later with a question and he replied right away. That is customer service. I cant overstate the extremely positive experience I had at Prestige Audi at every point of contact. They executed the sales process flawlessly and have set a very high bar for the service department to meet. Lets hope the service folks step up to the plate with equal mastery.
