Jared was an exceptional A+++ salesman. Cant say enough about him! He was accommodating, patient, made himself available but applied no pressure. He provided all of the information we asked for regarding the vehicle we were interested in, allowed my husband and myself to each test drive the vehicle on separate occasions. He gave us a fair trade-in on my vehicle and on the day of pick- up spent a long time providing me a tour of my new dashboard to acquaint me with my new vehicle...even told me to come back if I needed help or forgot anything! He was a professional and a gentleman in every way. Also, on the day of pick up, all paperwork was prepared and ready for signature. I was in and out of the office within several minutes...very efficient!! Great job ladies! My vehicle was clean and ready to go, the plate was transferred from my old vehicle to new as Jared gave me instruction and some cds I had forgotten to remove from my car were also returned to me. This was the most painless and pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. In fact, this was one of the most exceptional, professional and efficient business experiences I have had of late all the way around!! My compliments to the employees of Tower Auto!!

Ive been shopping for a car for over a month now. Some dealers have been pleasant, some have all but thrown my car keys on the roof to get me to commit to a car. Jared at Tower Auto Sales is, hands down, the nicest salesman Ive come across. I missed two appointments to look at a car. Once because I was running late from visiting other dealers and once because my brother was taken to the hospital. Jared was understanding. I finally made it to Tower this morning and Ive never been treated better at any other car dealer, new or used. The car was very accurately described on their website. I took it on a long test drive and didnt have a single complaint. I havent made a decision on whether to purchase the car but if I do its because of their no pressure - take your time - were here for you way of dealing with customers. If youre in the market for a used car, please make time to check their inventory for something you find attractive. You wont find a friendlier atmosphere to check out a car. Thanks Jared!

Purchased a car 2.5 years ago, from Tower, which had a clean carfax report which I pulled when I was investigating the car. I began to notice issues pretty quickly which led me to believe that it had possibly been wrecked. I eventually discovered that not only had it been wrecked, it had been majorly wrecked. The VIN #s did not match on many of the body parts....hood, and rt quarter panels. We pulled a carfax and I could not believe my eyes when I saw that an accident had occurred 3 months prior to my purchase. I find it odd that it was NOT on the carfax when I purchased this vehicle. Lesson learned...do not buy a car from a dealer who also has a body shop. I was told, by Tower, that the car had no accidents. Well..this car is for sale...too many issues to describe. It is my belief and opinion that they willfully hid this fact from me to close a deal and then reported the accident after the sale was completed.

Tower Auto Sales is absolutely the best dealership I have done business with. Jared Premick and Matthew Casey took care of me very well. When I got to the dealership, though Jared my primary contact was not available, everyone else in the staff was excited to see me. Matthew Casey, the Service Manager, made sure I was completely comfortable with my Q50 Hybrid Sport purchase. He sat with me as I test drove it so that I could learn a route and then allowed me to take it for another spin through the same route all by myself! He helped me setup my audio settings, garage door opener, and gave me great insight on owning a Hybrid vehicle! Thank you Tower Auto Sales! Hope to see you all soon. I couldnt ask for a better car buying experience. When I first walked in one of their salesman, Jared, greeted me in a timely matter and made me feel comfortable right away. I didnt get the usual scripted "Hi how are you" thats always followed immediately by a generic line like "what brings you in today?" or "what kind of car are you looking for?" They actually took time to get to know me then found out what I was looking for. Jared was extremely knowledgeable and took a very laid back approach to the sale. There werent any pushy tactics or sales gimmics. If you are in the maket for a quality car you need to stop by and see these guys! Thanks Jared!

this place does have some good values and good people but, this place has gone down hill since i have bought several cars here over the years; and reluctantly can no longer recommend them, if you like yelling and screaming at people and fiddling over $60 parts and warranty exclusuions, then maybe this is your place, its all used cars, it could be worse but i know what the runaround is and i know when im being given the runaround, my coworker almost had to sue this guy over a similar situation. wtf

I found a car I liked online, I called for more information. I was treated as if I was bothering them. Against my better judgment, I went to look at the car. Mike Jr. was one of the most obnoxious self-serving sales people I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. I would have gotten better service from a blind mute monkey. *Update* I talked to Mike and Mike Sr. I felt like they appreciated my feedback and vowed to make some changes. No hard feelings.

Excellent service and very fair prices. They made sure the nearly-new car I bought was completely ready to drive, taking care of even the smallest details at no additional cost. I got more than I hoped on my trade-in and exactly the price on the car I wanted (which no one else would match). Beyond prices, they are really good to work with, responsive but no pressure, and there when you need them. Would recommend to everyone.

Tower Auto sales is awesome! They have been there for me for any last minute need for my Jeep. Mike Fanto Jr is very professional and always available. I work near the dealership and they have been very accommodating when I need a ride back to work. I feel comfortable referring any of my friends, clients, and family to them. Dont even think about getting a car from anywhere else. Talk with Mike and give him the parameters of the car you want - he will find you one. Remember all cars are "used" once you drive them off the lot!!! The main difference between Tower Auto and the "dealer" is the final COST and the quality of the Service.
