Thats funny, i leave 1 star and no description to not be spiteful and you respond like a lil angry child, shows what kind of people you are. first off i didnt not get a full refund and the only reason i got the refund at all is because i was going to sue, i spent 900 on front suspension work that i was not refunded and i also had personal property in the car that you refused to let me retrieve. you sold me a car with a bad front suspension, front tires that had threads showing, that blew 2 days after i got the car(yes yall did replace the tires free but that car shoulda never been allowed off the lost with them or with the suspension in the condition it was in the first place), on a bad road and i was lucky i wasnt in an accident because of it and a bad motor, you said ud fix the motor and after 3 weeks of waiting and it was just sitting in your lot while you"figure out what your gonna do with it"which cost me my job and thousands in lost wages(which you all thought was funny when i was explaining that i need my car asap for work),after i finally got the car back, it was with a heavily used motor that wasnt even for that year of car and it blew litterly 15 mins after i got it home. its funny you mention the weapon like this isnt America and we dont have the right to defend ourselves from people like your lot attendent that think they can use their size to intimate people, your lot attendent charged up into my face and threatened to "rip my mother fin head off", im only 58 165 pounds, your lot attendent is around 62 and 220 pounds and if it wasnt for me having a weapon, he would have attacked me, he made it very clear that he was going to attack me. you than called the police on me, which resulted in no action taken against me or your lot attendent. then you took no disciplinary action against your lot attendent that just threatened a customers life and caused me to fear for my life, as a matter in fact you all thought it was funny. and thanks for askin, i did find an honest car dealer and got a great car. you are by far the worst, most unprofessional business i have ever delt with, and i personally hope that you go out of business, so nobody else has to lose their job and money because yall wana save a buck. id say good luck with everything but i certainly dont wish you any luck. any potential customer reading this, spend a lil more time or money and go somewhere else!!! anywhere is better, even a private party, save the headache and go somewhere that values their customers.

Despite the trouble other people have had, I found that my interaction with the team at Ionadi went smoothly! I ended up test driving and purchasing a used van from them back in July 2013. At the time I was digging my way out out of debt and fixing my credit, so a car loan was out of the question. They were not only one of the few places offering a "buy here-pay" here deal, but only minutes from where I live. They not only got me in an affordable used vehicle quickly, they also took care of the problem I pointed out after the test drive without issue. (One of the power windows was jammed and the switch inside was inoperative, which they agreed to repair.) As a note, the vehicle they sold us is still running fine as of May 2016, without any major problems or issues! While my review is only of my experience, I wouldnt hesitate to buy another vehicle from them or recommend them to my friends.

Horrible HORRIBLE experience. A relative recently made the mistake of purchasing their first vehicle here with the idea car salesman are generally honest people. Though, through my experience Id largely agree, that is NOT the case here. Carmen Tedesco misrepresented a lemon onto an unsuspecting 19year old. Since the responsibility to police negligence relies solely upon yourself hell have to take it as lesson learned. However, I would strongly STRONGLY advise against buying anything from this dealer. If you must, and ONLY if you must, be sure to review every character in the contract and thoroughly inspect the vehicle. And if you do need maintenance, ensure it is checked by an independent third-party mechanic. Apparently, Tedescos brother owns the warranty provider, CARS (who only their select few mechanics accept) and does mamy repairs himself. Theyre an absolute nightmare.

A1 people over at ionadi.... used cars come with responsibility and so does bad credit at ionadis They give u what you deserve for your credit and money they are very helpful and they make you feel like you can leave with any car off of there lot... the hole team is dedicated to get you driving ASAP and they also keep improving there customer satisfaction and service so if your looking for a used car and hassle free decision and they also have great mechanics to help with any of your vehicle needs... because lets be honest your buying a used car and sometimes stuff happens but they link you to the right people and mechanics and services

Not even 1 star... They will rip you off. They ripped off my daughter. Sold her a car with a bum engine. Sold her a warranty that is crap. Engine went and warranty company waits to see whats wrong and then say we cover everything except that part. And leave you with all the garage bills while it sits at the garage for 3 months until it gets paid off so we can swap it. New engine would cost twice as much as she paid for it... These people at ionadis prey on young people without much car buying experience... They are like child predators of the car business.

I LOVE IONADI I GOT A 2003 CADILLAC ESCALADE ESV AND I DID A BUY HERE PAY HERE AND IT IS A YEAR CAR PAYMENT THEY ARE VERY NICE THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU AND THEY ARE VERY QUICK. YOUR NOT SITTING ALLDAY WHEN I GOT MY CAR I WAS THERE FOR ONLY 45 MINS AND THEY TOLD ME I CAN PICK MY CAR UP IN THE AM AND WHEN I CALLED THE NEXT DAY THEY WAS READY!!! I LOVE THEM I GOT RECOMMEND TO GO TO THEM SO I WILL RECOMMEND SOMEONE ALSO BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY TAKE SOME WITH YOU THAT KNOWS BOUT CARS TO OVER LOOK ITS ALWAYS GOOD TO MAKE SURE!!!!

Absolutely the most horrible car place in PA and im going to make sure everyone knows it very soon!!!! every media every radio every friend of a friend of their friend knows everywhere i go im spreading the word that Ionadis Auto Sales dont give two shyts anything about you or them dangerous cars that you have to rebuilt soon as you take them off their lot!!! i can prove it to anyone!!! well i just wanted get that out there because im filling a lawsuit this month!!!!
