Went inside to buy some tools. I was the only one in there. No one asked me if I needed help because they were busy talking about how nasty it is for woman to have a lot of children. That there should be a law on how many children a woman can have.They went on about this woman and made fun of her because she was down on her luck and didnt have a job. I wish they were joking, but they were serious. I walked all over the place and not a word was said to me. I left and bought tools at another pawnshop that helped me when I walked in. They even discounted me because after I told them the story. They were foul mouthed and disrespectful. My grand mother had 11 kids, took care of everyone of them, even after her husband was killed by Kamikaze plane, and also took care of me her grandson. That place needs to run a businesses and not gossip so much.

I wish I could give negative 1 stars. I came in to pawn a tv, lost remote. I paid 200 dollars for this tv. Its generally in good condition. She tried to find any and everything wrong with it. (Maybe because Im black)"oh its kind of dark on one side" this issue was fixed simply by changing the brightness setting. Oh well. They didnt take it even though they initially offered 40 bucks.

Their website says they are open until 6 p.m in Saturdays. My boyfriend and I drove 30 miles because they were the only place "open" only to find out that they closed at 2 p.m. They really need to update their website.
