PetSmart in Martinsburg is terrible. I always have to wait to get crickets even when Im the only one there and there are 2 or 3 associates just chatting at the registers. Today, I waited for 5 minutes then went to find someone. The guy that came back then helped the man that had just walked up instead of me. That, on top of the general indifference and sometimes rudeness of the associates, was the last straw. Go to the exotics pet store on Rock Cliff Drive instead- the owner is actually knowledgeable about animals and his crickets are cheaper and live longer. Ill drive to Charlestown for cat and fish supplies next time.

If I could give zero stars I would. The grooming salon is AWFUL. They say it will take 3 hours. It took them 6 hours!!!! I was so upset. This happened once and I thought it was a fluke. Second time it happened I was beside myself. Will never go back there. Wretched, awful, horrible place. Do yourself and your dog a favor, find a good groomer!!!!

The people that work there dont want to help anyone. Ive been there twice, and was treated with blatant indifference. Two of the associates were chatting and redirected me to a cashier that seemed upset with me, so I just left. The store is clean however, and there are a lot of products for sale. Just dont expect any kindness while youre in there.

My dog got groomed,the price online is different then what I paid.They charge additional fee for weekend grooming. Online booking did not have that at all. Very upset... My dog is still wet when I picked him up. Was told he would not allow them to use dryer. My dog has never had issues getting groomed. Very unhappy with my services....

The prices are what you would expect from a big box pet shop. Do yourself a big favor and check their online store prices before you go, theyre often quite a bit lower. Good news, they price match their website. If you order online and pickup in the store you can save an additional 15%. Weird, huh?

The groomer grooms a lot of small dogs. If you have a bigger dog, that does not do well when small dogs bark at them this probably is not the place to take your dog for grooming. Especially since the groomer will yell at you, like its not their job to know how to handle all animals.

My shih tzu, chewy and my Bengal, Ben ; love going to this petsmart. They always get so much attention from everyone there. I love the staff and they always have some really great sales going on. They do a great job in the grooming dept with my shih tzu too.
