Every time I come into this Joanns I tell myself Im never coming back. Ill go in again needing something small thinking "oh theyll have it and it will be nice to get everything in one stop." Wrong. Always wrong. The employees, with the acception of a few, are TERRIBLE. I never get asked if I need help. While getting my fabric cut the girl didnt even make eye contact with me the whole time, then almost bumped into me because she was messing on her phone later. The whole store is unorganized. Im sure its hard to keep a craft store in order but this is bad. They were out of the majority of things I needed and I had to search through piles of unorganized "create your own" grocery totes to find what I needed. Turns out they didnt have the 3-pack of white I was looking for. So I grabbed some individuals and at check out asked if I could get the 3-pack price. The cashier complained because her radio was dead and instead of just walking to find the manager, should turned it on and off until she got a signal. Finally when the manage got there she said she couldnt do that, no apology, not concern. She was rude and instead of offering to see if they has any in the back, she just said she "didnt think she saw any on the truck." Im beyond furious with the costumer service and lack of help at this store. This time, I mean it, Im not coming back.

I have a fabric addiction and am quite the crafting hoarder. Today was my first trip to this Jo-Anns. I have loved shopping at Jo-Ann and can easily spend hundreds of dollars when I shop there. This Jo-Anns was different. It was just bad. I went in there needing specific items and left with nothing and went to a competitor to get what I need. The store is small and they have a small selection. The few things they do have are ridiculously overpriced-- even with the coupon. The store felt cluttered and dingy. I heard one of the cutting ladies joke about using marajauna-- in the store! She wasnt but that is still not appropriate. The store was messy and I never saw any employees around to ask for help. And the parking lot is super scary. The isle are too small and I practically ran over the lady in front of me. As much as I love Jo-anns stores, I wont go back to this one.

I shoppinged there yesterday and the experience was terrible. First the fabric cut girl was rude. She cut my fabric without any thing to tie it and directly give me, second, the register cashier told me I can buy the Ruben by yard if I find any sample ready opened in the display place. Then when I check out, the other woman told the cashier the they did not have that service one year ago and I have to buy the whole role. The worst thing was that when I back, I found they did not put one item in my bag. I miss one thing. When I called them, they said they did not record that and it was not their fault. It was really not worth for me drive back the store and fight with them. Because the thing was small. But I just feel bad how terrible people work in the store .

Worst manager ever. I simply asked her if when she was done if she could unlock the bathroom, A girl walked out and accidentally left the door locked. She told me I had to stand in this extreamly long line to be helped. Upon being a manager, she should not be one.. she was extreamly rude and inconsiderate what if I had a child with me who couldnt hold it and he/ she peep there pants due to her incompetence of taking two seconds to unlock a door or hand me the key to do it myself and give it back? I will never shop here or buy from here again especially at this location on 1300 east and 3900 south. If the manager was rude to a customer, how is she towards her peeps under her. The store is also very messy

This Joann Fabric Store is not the best and they are very low staffed BUT I always need the fabric and I always need the materials and the prices are fair. It may be a bit slow and some of the staff not so knowledgable but its where I continue to go and if you return enough times you begin to get over it because the bottom line is if you need that one thing and Joannes is the place to get then just go in, buy it, and get out. Plus I always take the survey on the receipt and get my 50% coupon...cant argue with that.

Jo-Anns is great, love shopping at this store. However, the customer service was HORRIBLE. I had the unfortunate pleasure of asking two separate employees for help and both times they were rude and unhelpful. One girl literally rolled her eyes at me. I was just asking for a fabric to be pulled down off of the top shelf so I could purchase it. If you have an extra 10 minutes I would highly recommend driving to another location.

Not the biggest store and oddly my biggest complaint is the parking lot for me. Its not laid out well and it seems unsafe to use to be honest. The store covers the basics and I mean just that. There wasnt a very strong staff presence and the ones I saw didnt seem interested in being there. Pricing wise, go Amazon or hit up another store like Michaels.

This place is pretty small. They have the basics youll need, but nothing more. Ive also noticed that a lot of the employees that work at this location dont really know about the products or how to sew. If you go to the other locations, they have a much larger selection as well as informative employees.

Staff are very helpful. The store size is smaller, but the store has good selection of sewing materials. Parking is small and line is almost not there, so watch out for drivers parking however they want ( which means they dont care about lines or flow of the cars entering and exiting the lot.)

I dont know if it was just the night I went or if its always that way, but parking here was terrible and the store itself was a disaster. Id rather go somewhere else. They didnt now what screen printing ink was, which I thought would be a fairly common craft item.

JoAnns is nice enough for those craft supplies. Theres always a coupon or discount for your stuff. My only issue is sometimes their organization is a little lacking, and the store itself feels very "sterile". Really though, there isnt much to complain about.

Very helpful and friendly staff. This store offers a wide variety of fabric options as well as colors and patterns. There are also a multitude of craft supplies covering a wide variety of activities from scrapbooking to painting to floral arrangements.

They had just what we needed and when they didnt have quite enough of a certain fabric, they called around to their other stores till they found one of their stores nearby that had more of the exact matching fabric to finish the project.

I called and I was looking for the tulle that was like a bird cage/chicken wire to make a veil, they put me on a brief hold found the material and told me they had it in all colors, Im very please with the customer service I received.
