I bought a phone from this store in september of 2014. My salesperson was Jason Hammons. He up sold me on an lg tablet that was $300, but i could get it for free by just adding it to my data plan. He also up sold me on a glass screen protector for $40 because it came with a lifetime replacement warranty. Come to find out that the tablet is sold by LG on their website for $150 and when I tried to replace the screen protector this morning, they tried to charge me $10. Jason is an absolute liar. Dont buy anything from Jason Hammons whether he is with at&t or someone else now. And if you go to at&t for a purchase, ask for the salespersons clains to be in writing before you give them your payment. At&t hired Jason so who knows who else they will have represent them.

This would have been a 5 star review 6 months ago. I have bought about 8 phones from this store. I could have gone other places but their customer service was fantastic. I bought screen protectors for all our phones. We have gone in multiple times and had them replace them. Recently my daughter "lost" her screen protector and I went in to get a new one put on. SURPRISE! the whole store has been changed. Not a single face behind the counter was familiar. Then they tell me that in order to get my "FREE" screen protector I get to sign up on some web site, order it then PAY $5. Then when it comes in I can bring it in and have them install it. NOT!!!!! I have informed them that they lost a customer. That said I guess I dont have to feel loyal to AT&T anymore.

JO is a complete Liar!!! Save yourself and dont go here! He told me i would get my Iphone 6s plus for free, if i had directv, i didnt have it, so he told me to use my sisters address who did have directv. Come to find out, he cheated me into opening an account and is saying i owe the whole $900 for the phone now? ridiculous. I called to get this clarified with him and he hung up on me, i even told him to check the cameras to prove that he lied and he said he had cameras, but no audio, ....how convenient.... I will be going to corporate headquarters and if the matter does not get solved, there will be a law suit in place.

Went in to buy a new iphone and ipad. They didnt have the correct size phone in stock so the clerk told me he would call me in the next couple of days as they get in shipments weekly. I could have easily just went to another store but he was very helpful and made it sound like he would have the phone in just a day or two. Wanted to extend my business to the store since he did all the leg work at the time. That was almost 2 weeks ago and still havent heard anything back. Heading to another store to start the process over again.

Pretty good staff. They tried helping me fix my Galaxy S5, but the phone is just a pos. Ive had problems with it since day one. I did talk to them about upgrading and it looks promising but Im waiting for a newer phone to come out. Really great staff at this store though. Its worth a visit just to talk to them about any problems you might be having with your phone or their service.

Id avoid talking to Robert if you go in. Very lazy employee looking to sell, if your not in there to buy he will shrug you off and direct you to customer service phone calls. Probably wouldnt want to purchase from him either as if he sells you youll have a hard time getting help now that hes made his money.

I bought the iPhone 6s plus the man helping me told me It would be 25 business days. I called 611 and they told me its 54 business days.. they wanted me to buy it and lied so Im waiting Intel the end of December for my iPhone pathetic dont buy anything from this at&t they suck !#!

Extremely disinterested staff. Went in looking to switch over and get a phone and was so off-put by the salesman that Im going with a different provider. Advice: If someone comes in and is looking to buy, it might behoove you to pretend like you are interested in selling.
