STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAPPY STORE ! First sprint is ran by mentally special idiots. Since I have moved to this state I have had more drop calls in 3 years then I had 10 years with a phone in texas. I get a 4g phone that they dont have 4g here since they built towers in the wrong areas and now are trying to fix. My phone updated a app called hangout and then wouldnt give me any voicemails any more. After multiples tries to figure out what is wrong i go to the store to get help. Instead of these morons taking time and fixing my phone they took less than 10 mins to tell me I DONT KNOW i should just factory reset my phone. go to the verison store down the road. surprising they even pay those idiots at the store.

Today, I went to this Sprint location to buy a new phone. The girl who tried to help, didnt seem like she was in the mood to be at work. She was not knowledge on the subject of phone features and would just say "I dont know", rather than do her best to find the answers to my questions. Also, she wasnt focused on selling a phone to me. She would wonder off to do other things around the store and into the back room. She doesnt seem motivated for sales and customer service. When I left, I went to the Sprint on Southern and Mc Clintock for awesome service from Jose, who sold me the LG V20!

Came into Sprint to change my phone service. I was informed by the sales person that they will pay out my contract with Verizon. After going back and forth with Sprint since August. Sprint finally paid Verizon for my contract. But they didnt pay the full balance leaving me to come up with the remaining balance. This is poor expectations on Sprints behalf because they informed me that they will take care of everything. I think they should redirect there advertising if theyre not going to follow through with what there claiming to advertise. Sincerely , An upset customer

Sorry. This is the only Sprint location that made me feel I was in an Apple store. The on going saga with the phone recalls they treated horribly, but it finally worked out. I had another agent fix it all and then I went in and they took care of it and then it was smooth. You can see they knew it because they were giving out how are we doing cards to everyone but me and another guy that was having a worse time than I did. I might still go there just to see if it was a bad month, but . . .

The manager is rude. There doesnt seem to be an interest in helping existing customers. Nobody seems to know how to communicate, they stare at their screens forever without saying a word leaving you thinking they must not know what they are doing. If you want more personable staff the manager at sprint will direct you to Verizon right next door then deny it 2 days later.

Dont go here rude workers lousey customer service there more interested in talking on the phone then helping you I bought a Bluetooth from them and all they care about is there 14 day guarantee and now it dont work well see ya going back to Verizon at least they try

Everyone wants to help you. But in the end sprint the company is awful. This is my 4th device in a year. Now it will not charge asni write this review my battery is at less than 25% and they just cant do a thing to help. FML & sprint sucks.

As far as Wireless stores go, this one is great. They have been in business for a long time next door to Verizon so that says a lot. Some of these reviews consist cry baby nonsense. I think they are a bunch of okay guys.

WORST customer service at this Sprint location! Was here two different times and both Joel and Jose were rude and not helpful! Do NOT go to this location-try the one in Tempe or Gilbert as they are helpful!
