Horrible experience. Long wait times for inexperienced staff working alone. Didnt look to help fix the phone I have, talked me out of using my insurance and pushed to sell me a new phone instead. Claimed new purchase would have the features indicated as being important to me. It did not. Biggest issue was that people could not hear me. Took the phone back, another rep did a hard reset and got my original phone working again. I was charged a restocking fee for a phone that was returned to the manufacturer as defective. Manager Kevin B was uninterested in retaining my business (been with AT&T for around 15 years) claiming he was powerless to do anything. Very disappointed at the lack of integrity and customer service.

Andy helped us out quickly and was very friendly. My wife and I wanted to get a new SIM card for her new phone. Andy offered a free option of cutting the old SIM card to fit, but we preferred to pay the small fee of $5 to get a new one. Andy was very sweet and talked to us about our new phones, school, and other polite stuff to pass the time while she was taking care of us. The store wasnt crowded, but Andy was the only one working, and was helping everyone in the store in good time. If I need any more help in the future, I would go out of my way to go see Andy again for help.

I came into the store less than 10 minutes to closing time.. Ariel was the only employee there and the store was absolutely packed! Ariel was proficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Completely worth the wait. At@t is very lucky to have acquired such an amazing employee! I will return to this location for all of my at@t needs. Thank you Ariel!

Matt and Shawn are absolutely amazing!!! I came by at closing and they stayed 2 hours after closing to help me get my broken phone back up and running. Its rare anymore to get such stellar customer service. Sounds crazy, but they kinda saved my life or at the very least my sanity! Thank you both so so much

Terrible customer service all the way around, they seem like robots there. Theyll open the door for you and try to be polite, but they arent genuine about it at all! They dont seem to care about the question you have for them or want to help you with anything. I will be avoiding this store at all costs.

I was lied to about many things just to switch over to at&t. I am paying way more then what i was told a month. They will answer any question with yes we can do that even if its not true. I could go on and on about the horrible exspierance i had here and would never sand anyone i know to this store.

Most awful experience ever in a phone store. There was only one person working ended up waited for over an hour. Team member helping customers had no idea what she was doing. Argued with several customers for extended amounts of time.

The worst! The representative made promises that he could not keep. Highly offended, but we got our inventory from a deferent store . Advice is that if it is on display, it should be on hand in inventory! Hello? Not recommended.
